What is the meaning of "QIA" in the title of QIA Students and Teenagers?

When it comes to "classmates and teenagers", I think the meaning of "QIA" can be extended to a group of outstanding talents/old revolutionaries, educators and leaders later. They all met unexpectedly in that era, and they gathered in that brilliant era because of them. They are strangers, but they meet unexpectedly under the arrangement of fate ... It is wonderful to appreciate the usage of the word "QIA" carefully.
