Translation of lion's roar poems

Su Shi has a good friend named Yao Chen, who is a real character. Chen Jichang believes in Buddhism and calls himself Mr. Longqiu. He likes to treat guests and arrange singers to sing at banquets. But his wife, Liu, is a jealous person and is notoriously fierce. If a singer attends a banquet in Chen Jichang, she will make a hullabaloo about and knock on the wall with a cane to drive the guests away, so Chen Jichang is afraid of her. Su Shi once wrote a poem to tease him. There are four lines in the poem: "Monk Longqiu is also pitiful, and he can't sleep at night because he talks empty words." Suddenly, I heard the roar of a lion in Hedong, and my walking stick fell into my palm. It means: Poor Chen Jichang. He stayed up all night talking about Buddhism. Suddenly he heard the roar of a lion from the east of the river, and he was so scared that he lost his crutches.
