Confiscate the illegal income, impose a fine of less than 1000 yuan, and revoke the business license.
(three) unauthorized changes to the main registered items, not according to the provisions of the change of registration, given a warning, confiscation of illegal income, and impose a fine of less than 3 times the illegal income, but the maximum is not more than 30 thousand yuan. If there is no illegal income, a fine of 1000 yuan shall be imposed, and the change registration shall be handled within a time limit; If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification or revoke its business license; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked. Those who engage in business activities beyond the business term shall be regarded as operating without a license and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article.
(4) Those who engage in business activities beyond the approved and registered business scope or mode of operation shall be given a warning according to the seriousness of the case, their illegal income shall be confiscated, and a fine of less than 3 times of the illegal income shall be imposed, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 30,000 yuan. No illegal income, a fine of 654.38+0000 yuan. At the same time, those who violate other relevant state regulations and engage in illegal business operations shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, confiscate their illegal income and impose a fine of less than three times their illegal income, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 30,000 yuan. If there is no illegal income, a fine of 1000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
(5) Infringement of the exclusive right to use an enterprise name shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions on the administration of enterprise name registration.
(6) Those who forge, alter, lease, lend, transfer or sell their business licenses shall have their illegal income confiscated and be fined less than three times their illegal income, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 30,000 yuan; If there is no illegal income, a fine of 6,543,800 yuan or less shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
(seven) unauthorized copying of the business license, confiscate the copy, give a warning and impose a fine of 2000 yuan. If the business license is not withheld according to the regulations, it shall be given a warning and ordered to make corrections; Refuses to correct, punishable by a fine of 2000 yuan.
(8) those who flee, transfer funds or conceal property to avoid debts shall be ordered to make up the fled and transferred funds, recover the hidden property, confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of less than three times the illegal income, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 30,000 yuan, and if there is no illegal income, a fine of less than 65,480,000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification or revoke its business license.
(nine) if the registration is not cancelled in accordance with the provisions, it shall be ordered to cancel the registration within a time limit. Refuse to handle, impose a fine of 3000 yuan, revoke the business license, and can be held accountable by the competent department of the enterprise.
(ten) failing to submit the annual inspection report and handle the annual inspection, a fine of 3 times the illegal income, but not more than 30 thousand yuan; If there is no illegal income, a fine of 654.38+0,000 yuan shall be imposed, and the annual inspection shall be conducted within a time limit; Refuse to handle, revoke the business license.
(11) Those who refuse supervision and inspection or practise fraud in the process of accepting supervision and inspection shall be given a warning and fined 1000 yuan in addition to being ordered to accept supervision and inspection and providing true information.
After the registration authority has made a punishment decision on the enterprise that has the above-mentioned illegal acts, if the enterprise fails to lodge a complaint and pay a fine or confiscation within the time limit, it may notify the bank to allocate funds according to the prescribed procedures.
