Poems about bamboo

Seven bamboo poems

one

There are knots that have not been unearthed, and there are clear springs all over the sky.

There are green stems and messy branches and leaves beside the lake rock.

two

Lush winding paths, the green branches of cicadas and frogs are soft.

Rest in the stream, sleep and dream.

three

Green and dry, the wind is clear, and Lin Tao spreads thousands of feelings.

The long flute is full of wind, and it is proud of Feng Ling's baizhang stems.

four

The seclusion is boundless, and the green forest turns blue.

Sitting and drinking village mash, the guests are drunk and will never return to fairyland.

five

The tender bamboo shoots are called magnolia, standing proudly in the clouds.

The blurred green leaves are intoxicating, and poets have not finished chanting since ancient times.

six

The forest path is secluded, and butterfly warblers are dancing.

The swaying green leaves are clear and dewy, which makes you travel in wonderland excitedly.

seven

Standing in the clouds, tall and straight.

The wind blows a thousand troops, and the rain sings wildly in Ma Si.

New bamboo is taller than old bamboo, and their growth is supported by old branches.

New students will be born next year, and ten dragons and grandchildren will go around Fengchi.

Yin Niang said: New bamboo is taller than old bamboo, and their growth depends entirely on old branches. New ones will grow and grow taller next year. Shine on you is better than Blue, and the growth of new forces needs the active support of the older generation. This poem is very philosophical.

Yuxi Liu Tang

Dew wash lead powder, wind shake sapphire branches.

Yiyi is like a gentleman, with no place to rely on.

Yin Niang said: This is the work of Liu Yuxi, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty. Although this poem is short, it is very poetic. Poetry is written in bamboo, straight bamboo stands upright, and it is still a gentleman's wind. Thousands of villages are everywhere. For example, you are a gentleman like bamboo, and you can stand on your own feet wherever you go.

Bamboo is not relaxed at all, its roots are firmly embedded in the cracks in the rocks.

A thousand blows are still strong, and the wind is southeast and northwest.

Yin Niang said: This is a poem, which describes the indomitable spirit of bamboo. It is deeply rooted in the land under its feet, and it is still strong regardless of wind and rain. This spirit is what many people yearn for.

Eating without meat is better than living without bamboo;

No meat makes people thin, no bamboo makes people vulgar.

People are thin and fat, but most people are incurable.

Yin Niang said: Everyone knows that Su Shi likes meat, but he said: I would rather not eat meat than live without bamboo. No meat will only make people thin, and no bamboo will be tacky. You can gain weight if you are thin, but tacky can't be cured.

Su Shi, who loves meat so much, can give up meat for bamboo. It seems that the noble quality of bamboo deeply touched him.

People are thin when they are born with compassion, and even more rigid when they are old.

I once shared the rain and dew with Artemisia selengensis, and finally sought the frost with pine and cypress.

Yin Niang said: people love bamboo straight and restrained, born thin, and praise it as harder and stronger as it gets older. Bamboo was once moistened by rain and dew with wormwood and tribulus, and finally stood proudly with pine and cypress in the frozen and frosty winter.

The first two sentences of the poem praise the integrity of bamboo, and the last two sentences also mean that bamboo is brave enough to resist all kinds of tests of nature, not afraid of wind and rain, frost and snow. This poem is not only a tribute to bamboo, but also an expression and cry of the poet's own character.
