Rivers on Horqin Grassland

(1)

To the south of Hulunbeier Grassland is Horqin Grassland. From Hulunbeier to Horqin, we could have passed through Wulanhaote City (Wulanhaote means red city, and Wulanhaote means red, and Haote means city. The Mongolian language of our destination Baicheng today is Chagan Haote. These were told by the tour guide. It occurred to me that Hohhot means Qingcheng. Gal, understand a lot. However, because of the traffic control in Ulanhot, the bus couldn't get in, so I missed Genghis Khan Square in Ulanhot. But because of Horqin, all regrets have been compensated.

After starting from Aershan, we soon entered the Horqin Grassland. Horqin, which means "archer" in Mongolian, is the territory of Genghis Khan's younger brother Hasal in history. From Nurhachi, the Qing Dynasty married the Mongolian Horqin Department, where sourdrang queen, the famous Qing Dynasty, was born, and the empress of Fu Lin was also from Horqin. Later, I saw Fu Lin's performance of marrying the Horqin Queen in the Forbidden City in Shenyang.

We tasted hand-grabbed mutton, drank mutton soup, drank milk tea and ate milk tofu in the herdsmen's homes in Horqin grassland. I ate a large piece of mutton, which had no special taste compared with the mutton I ate in the city. Eating and drinking these doesn't appeal to me much. What attracts me is the river on the Horqin grassland.

that herdsman's house is just above a prairie, next to some green trees. I don't live in a yurt, a modern house, a blue roof, a windmill with wind power and a blue lighting board with solar power in front of the door. There is also a water pressure well in front of the door, which was commonly used at home when I was a child. It needs water to press water out. There is a yurt in front of the house, but it is empty.

This is not a grassland scenic spot, but the most natural place where herders live and graze. The location chosen by this herder is very good. There is a hill to the north of the house. When we arrived, their sheep just came down from the hill, like a large piece of white brocade embedded in the green grassland. After we got off the bus, we walked towards the sheep. A large number of sheep walking on the grassland is a very beautiful picture. They are all in the same direction, next to each other, very neat. Standing at a distance, it looks like a wide white belt dancing with the wind, and like white clouds floating in the green sky, the whole background is green grassland. If the sheep stand still, it is like a large white cloud floating quietly on the grassland. This beautiful scenery was also seen on the Hulunbeier grassland a few days ago, but the sky that day was not as blue, transparent and pure as it is today.

There are more than a dozen cows beside the sheep, standing on the grassland, holding their heads up, not knowing what they are thinking. I came in front of two cows, which are almost identical. Their bodies are yellow, and their faces and four hooves are white. There is a calf snuggling around them, which seems to be two cows' mothers. When I was taking a photo, two calves got into their mother's belly to eat milk. The cow mother stood quietly, looking at me with a wary look. Suddenly I was a little afraid that they would attack me and didn't dare to move forward. A little further away, several cows are grazing with their heads down, and another cow is lying on the grassland to rest. I wonder what kind of event our arrival is for them. Will it disturb their quiet life, or will it bring them strange surprises? Just like our surprise when we saw the grassland?

To the south of this herdsman is a small river, which is my favorite scenery. The rivers on the grassland have the most gentle beauty. In Hulunbeier grassland, I have seen the famous Mozigele River, Ergun River, and Genhe River, but these rivers are all big rivers on the grassland, and there are many low trees and shrubs along the river. I have never been able to get in touch with them at zero distance, just standing a few meters away, and I just rode on horseback and looked at the winding figure that has been far away. Now, this small river is gurgling on the grassland, and there are no shrubs or trees on the shore. It walks among the green grass, and it is intimately integrated with the grassland. It is the white blood of the vast grassland and brings vitality and vitality to the grassland. When sheep, cattle and horses are thirsty, they will come here to drink and swim through its shallow water to graze on the other side of the river. If time is not too late, I really want to take off my shoes and take a walk in the river. This river is so close to it that people want to get close to it. The water is shallow and clear, and there is no silt on the shore. It is all small stones and green grass. I approached it, squatted down slowly, put my hand into the clear water, felt the clear water slip through my fingers, felt its gentle and cool comfort, grabbed a handful of fine sand stones from its shallow river bottom and held them in my hand, then slowly released my hand, letting those sand stones go with the water one by one. I looked up against the current to see where it came from, and then turned around to see where it flowed, but I couldn't see it. It can only be said that it comes from the horizon and flows to the horizon, all the way in the grass.

What's even more rare is that on this grassland, by this small river, now I am the only one besides grassland, sky and river. Other tourists are watching cattle and sheep in the distance on the other side. I was standing alone by the river, only blue sky, white clouds, green grass, clear water, cattle, sheep and horses accompanied me, and the first two sentences of an ancient poem "Drinking horses in the Great Wall Grottoes" naturally popped up in my mind, "Green River grass, continuous Philip Burkart Road". I'm standing here in this beautiful scenery beyond the Great Wall. On the boundless grassland, standing by the green river, watching the shallow river flow to the horizon, and thinking about the people who are far away from you, your heart will be filled with endless tender thoughts, as pure as the river, as long as the horizon. "Green River grass, continuous Philip Burkart Road", how well written two poems! This poem is as long as the river in this grassland, from Han to Tang, from Tang to Song ... So the opening song of Qiong Yao's TV series "Grass on the Green River" rings in my ear:

An ancient poem and a modern song express endless thoughts. This poem and this song have always touched me, and every time I see or hear it, I have an indescribable kindness and tenderness. Today, this long and endless feeling has finally found its support. It is such a grassland, such a river, such a sky, such a white cloud, in order to deduce such a long and endless yearning. Standing on the grassland by the river under such a sky, I really entered this poem and this song. I believe that this is where the poem came into being.

I also want to talk about the trees on the grassland. There are few trees on the grassland. It is lonely. They stand alone on the grassland one by one. But it is also because of the scarcity that it is not lonely. Under every tree, there are companions, or a group of sheep, or a group of cattle, or of course a group of horses. What I met was a herd of horses. The trees on the grassland are not tall, but they have large crowns. Far away, I found a group of horses standing under that tree. According to the thinking of people in the plain, I took it for granted that those horses were tied to the tree. But when I approached, I found that the seven or eight horses were standing freely in the shade to enjoy the cool. There is a tree a few meters away, and some horses are standing under it. These horses are familiar with each other. When I passed under the tree, a horse ran from one tree to another and brayed with the horses there. Five or six meters away, it is the pure river. These horses must have had enough to eat and drink. Do you rest in this shade?

what a harmonious and pure beauty it is! Under the blue sky and white clouds, the grassland is gurgling with water, several trees are standing gracefully, the full-fed horses are enjoying the cool in the shade freely, and the cheerful voice of the sheep is heard in the distance! I opened my arms, closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and thought nothing, so I was immersed in this land in Horqin ...

After leaving here reluctantly, not far from the garage, we came to a scenic spot called Wulan Maodu Prairie. Tickets for 3 yuan are required in the scenic spot. The tour guide asked the driver to stop the car and told us not to go into the scenic spot, so just enjoy it outside. There is no shelter on the grassland, and a river meanders along the scenic spot. This river should be called Wulan River, which is a little wider than the one just now. Because it is in the scenic spot, there is no tranquility of the nameless river just now. Some tourists were playing barefoot in the river, and a child in diapers stood in the water and accidentally fell down on the shallow river, which attracted tourists' laughter.

I walked along the river alone, and the crowd gradually drifted away, and the river was getting closer and closer. In the distance, where the river turned into the second bay, two trees separated by 2 or 3 meters attracted my attention. Because of the time, I can't go to them. I walked a few tens of meters further and came to the first river bay, where I could already see the two trees clearly. They stand short by the river. The grassland is so vast and the sky is so high. Any tall trees here will lose their height and return to the grassland.

I was speechless, so I stood and looked at the two trees and the sky on them. God, the blue is transparent, the clouds are pure. A moment later, I turned and left. Behind me, the two trees still stood there quietly, and the white clouds in the sky still changed like a pale dog.

compared with Hulunbeier grassland, the grass in Horqin grassland is higher, which is a little bit like wind blowing grass and despising cattle and sheep. The tour guide said that the grass in Hulunbeier grassland is shallow grass to have no horseshoe, which is true.
