Whose poem is "Beheading does not matter, as long as the principle is true"?

This is the "Moral Poetry" written by the revolutionary martyr Xia Minghan before his execution. The full text is

It doesn’t matter if you behead your head,

as long as the doctrine is true.

Kill Xia Minghan,

and the people who came after him.

Translation: Cutting off the head is not terrible, only my belief in communism is the truth. Kill me, Xia Minghan, and a large number of revolutionary descendants.

Xia Minghan (1889-1928) was born in Hengyang, Hunan. During the May 4th Movement, he was the leader of the Hengyang Student Union. In 1920, he went to Changsha and participated in the student patriotic movement. After 1925, he served as a member of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. He was arrested on February 8, 1928, and was killed by the Kuomintang reactionaries the next day. When Xia Minghan was executed, the murderer asked him what his last words were. He asked for a pen and paper, and wrote these four lines of poetry in one swipe.
