General situation of Kuye River

Dongye River, a first-class tributary of the Yellow River. Originated in the desert area of Yikezhaomeng in southern Inner Mongolia, it is called Wulan Mulun River, and the largest tributary of Niuchuan River originated in Dongsheng County of Yikezhaomeng. Two rivers meet at Fangta River in the north of Shenmu County, Shaanxi Province, hereinafter referred to as Dongye River. The river flows from northwest to southeast and joins the Yellow River in Shamaotou Village, Shenmu County. The whole river is 242.0 kilometers long, with a drainage area of 8706.0 square kilometers and a river slope of 3.44‰. The length of rivers in Shaanxi is 159.0 km, the drainage area is 4865.7 km2, and the river gradient is 4.28‰.
