Enjoy the interpretation of poetry

Source: The Analects of Confucius Taber

Original text: Confucius said: "Prosperity is based on poetry, standing on ceremony and being happy."

Significance: express ambition with poetry, promote individual consciousness of seeking kindness and benevolence with ceremony, realize people's self-reliance with ceremony, and finally realize the cultivation of the highest personality under the influence of music education.

Confucius said: "(Man's cultivation) begins with learning poetry and ends with learning ceremony."

Analysis: In this chapter, Confucius put forward three aspects of his education: poetry, etiquette and music, and pointed out their different functions. It requires students not only to talk about personal accomplishment, but also to have comprehensive and extensive knowledge and skills.
