Enter "=row()- 1" in the cell in the second row of the first column (that is, the first cell at the beginning of the serial number) (enter "=row()-2" for the serial number starting from 0) and move the cursor to other cells. At this point, the value in this cell is "1".
Move the white "cross" to the lower right corner of the cell in the second row of the first column (that is, the first cell at the beginning of the serial number). When it becomes a black "cross", pull it down and the first column will form a sequence starting from 1. When adding a new serial number in the future, move the white "cross" to the lower right corner of the last serial number cell and drop it down after it becomes a black "cross" (or enter "=row()- 1" in the new serial number cell).
Select the column heading of the first row, and click Start-Sort and Filter-Filter in the menu respectively; Set each column with filtering function.
Select the cell in the second row of the second column (that is, the position where the split pane is to be frozen), and then click View-Freeze Pane-Freeze Split Pane in the menu to freeze the pane; The function of the freezing pane here is to scroll the window left and right, up and down, and the column title row and serial number column of the table can be displayed in the window for easy viewing.
Select the entire initial Table, and then click Insert-Table in the menu to add a table style to the table. The row styles in the table are displayed alternately, which increases the readability of the table and makes it more beautiful.
