3. Young Pioneers must wear red scarves to participate in the Young Pioneers' gatherings and activities inside and outside the school, and participate in flag-raising ceremony, opening ceremony, graduation ceremony and other important ceremony activities. You don't need to wear a red scarf when you participate in sports activities, productive labor or rest at home. When the weather is hot, you can wear a red scarf temporarily, but you should wear the team logo badge.
4. Young Pioneers counselors should wear red scarves when attending Young Pioneers' meetings and activities. When the Young Pioneers invite relevant leaders, guests and other adults to participate in activities, the leaders and guests wear big red scarves.
5. The red scarf and its name shall not be used for trademarks, commercial advertisements and commercial activities.
6. Young Pioneers organizations at all levels, young pioneers and young pioneers counselors shall not buy and use red scarves that do not meet the requirements.
