"The Love Songs of Tsangyang Gyatso" is compiled by later generations, selecting 66 representative works from the poems written by the sixth Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso. The work "Poems of Tsangyang Gyatso" by the sixth Dalai Lama (1683-1706) has been widely circulated and famous at home and abroad. Tsangyang Gyatso wrote about 66 poems. Except for a few odes, most of them describe the loyalty, joy and sadness of love between men and women, so they are generally translated as "Love Songs".
