Geographical knowledge contained in ancient poetry

China's ancient poetry can be said to be vast and a treasure of Chinese civilization. From the literary point of view, they naturally show all kinds of joys and sorrows of life. From the geographical point of view, there are many poems describing geographical phenomena and revealing geographical laws. Related geographical poems are summarized as follows:

"Why should the Qiangdi complain about the willow, but the spring breeze is just Yumenguan" describes that the summer monsoon in China can't reach the northwest;

"Like a strong wind in spring, it rises at night and blows open the petals of ten thousand pear trees" refers to the weather when a cold front crosses the border, with wind first and then snow;
