"Buddha" is "the awakened one". "If you have a perfect mind, you have five eyes and six roots, and you gain' no leakage' wisdom." "No leakage" means getting rid of all troubles. All "heterodox" practices that seek dharma from the outside of the heart can only achieve five magical powers, and only those who have obtained Buddha's enlightenment can obtain "all secret dharma".
How can we break all the troubles and "leak" everything until we really "have no self"? The root of the trouble is me. With eight minds, it is easy to stop without the accumulated karma seeds of "infatuation, separation and persistence" Not to mention the six ordinary people, even the three sages, Arhat and Buddha and Bodhisattva, all cultivated fruits in stages. Mahayana sages (heard of) break the heart of "holding", Mahayana Bodhisattva breaks the heart of "leaving". Only when Mahayana Bodhisattva awakens can she gain dharma body and enter the realm of no "delusion".
"Honesty, purity, peace, awareness and sadness"11This is the realm of becoming a Buddha without me. A "clean" heart, free from clinging and pollution, is the realm of Arhat, who regards independence as "self-satisfaction". There is no difference between "equal heart" and "the heart of all beings" All sentient beings can only prove Bodhi if they are exhausted. Hell is not empty, they will never become buddhas. Manjusri, Pu Xian, Guanyin, the realm of Tibetan Bodhisattva. Enlightenment in place, eliminate delusion, that is, the realm of Buddha and land, complete happiness and wisdom, endless nirvana, infinite wisdom of the great circle mirror, integration with all beings, neither birth nor extinction nor impurity. Return to no birth and death, no purity, no vacillation, enough self-sufficiency, and give birth to self-awareness of various laws.
If you want to understand it now, and gradually prove it with teaching, look at the following sentence:
See through him, let him go, feel at ease, follow the fate and read Buddha.
"all laws are born of reason, and the theory of Buddha is empty." In order to understand the emptiness of "I", it is all "karma" and karma is "impermanence", so "I" is not persistent. Although it is clear in theory, it is only useful in practice. He who sees through helps to let go, and he who sees through is farther away. The philosophy of the cloth bag monk can be lifted and put down, and a big belly can accommodate him.
No self is a state.
I am in the Tao, the Tao is in me, and everything is the same. You have me and I have you. With great sorrow.
No ego, no selfishness, no difference, no jealousy, no respect, no hatred, no evil, no delusion, no obsession, all beings are equal, modest and respectful.
Without me, there would be no one, no life and nothing in my heart. Eyes do not follow the color, ears do not follow the sound, nose does not follow the fragrance, tongue does not follow the taste, body does not follow the touch, heart does not follow the law. Surrender to the six thieves. If you can't hear the drums, you should go to the wall. If you don't move, you won't go. If you don't come, you won't come. You don't know anything about the outside world. Hold on to wisdom, hold on to wisdom, hold on to wisdom.
When Buddhism first came to China, no one knew the real Buddha and no one listened to his teachings. Only one bird said to Dharma, "Come from the west, come from the west, and teach me how to get out." The Buddha said, "Kick your legs and close your eyes, and you will come out." The bird soon understood. When it saw its owner coming home, it quickly kicked and closed its eyes. When the master came back and saw his beloved bird kicking, he quickly took the bird out of the cage and put it on his palm. How did the bird die? While he was in a daze, the bird suddenly took off. The bird really escaped from the cage and flew away. It is free and will never be caged again. This question just shows that no ego is free.
There is nothing in the eyes and nothing in the ears. Without me, no one, no sentient beings, no life, no freedom.
After a human body proves that there is no self, he realizes the truth between the universe and life. He found that when he broke through many restrictions and got rid of the illusory shackles in his ideological understanding, the "I" that he adhered to in life disappeared, and the previous individual consciousness disappeared, and I "died". Then it was replaced by boundless cosmic consciousness. Some people sigh that this vast heart is the universe, and the universe is the heart! In Zhuangzi's "Happy Travel", Kunpeng, who smiles proudly between heaven and earth, is a metaphor for the state of mind at this time, which is boundless freedom. It is the great freedom to "do what you want from your heart without overstepping the rules", and it is the great freedom to "swim endlessly by the meaning of heaven and earth and resist the debate of six qi"
The fundamental meaning of life lies in discovering this truth and melting that limited self into this boundless universe. At this time, the five aggregates are empty, and all the hardships are sweet. We will know there is no difference between color and space, and there is no difference between space and color. Deeply aware of all legal emptiness, the real legal world is immortal, unclean, neither increasing nor decreasing. At this time, all binary opposition has been eliminated, and there is no longer old and dead, ignorance and ignorance, suffering and wisdom. We have gone beyond the limitations of binary thinking and come to an integrated spiritual consciousness. No fear in the heart, no fear in the heart, and finally nirvana.

No wonder the divorce.
Being a volunteer for public welfare is a kind of high realm of "no self", selfless dedication and no return. They are the loveliest people in my mind.
"No self" is the opposite of clinging to "I". This "me" in life, this body and the six dusts produced by the body are actually just accidental existence, not real, and everything will disappear with the years. Compared with the time when the whole universe was formed in just a few decades, life is so small and insignificant. What is there to miss? As the saying goes, wine and meat pass through the intestines, but Buddha stays in his heart. If a person can understand the vanity of clinging to "me", he can experience the purification of his soul and finally get a happy life.
However, it is not common to achieve "no self" in real life. People often cling to certain ideas, such as to satisfy their material and spiritual wealth, at the expense of many pains and troubles, but often ignore the backwardness in life. Mr. Nan, a master of modern Chinese studies, said that all sentient beings have a kind of "self-control", that is, they are very obsessed with "I"! Take all your delusions, consciousness, troubles, all unrealistic thoughts and thoughts as true. At this point, many people made fundamental mistakes. In fact, all the changes in our thoughts, psychology and consciousness are a phenomenon or change produced by that "heart", not the real heart. But when people firmly grasp the phenomenon, they will take these changes as their hearts. Buddhists pay attention to constancy rather than instantaneity. In the evening self-study Buddhism class, I read every day: "Life has passed, and my life has also decreased. How can you be happy if there are fewer water fish? " Today is over, and this life is a little short. Today has passed and will not come again. Youth has passed, and aging has not stayed long. Looks sad. However, what is revealed behind this sadness is an understanding of the impermanence of life. Life is like a dream, like dew, like electricity. You really need to stabilize your mind, so that you can sit down and watch Yun Qi, not be confused by fantasy, and cultivate a Zen mind. The difference between Buddha and sentient beings? Buddha is always merciful, everything is "self-free", and all living beings are always obsessed with the material and spiritual desires and vanity fair in "self", and it is difficult to give up. Many people may laugh to themselves. Is the realm of Buddha attainable by ordinary people? Actually, it is not.
The Diamond Sutra tells us that the so-called everyman is originally a pseudonym and there is no real everyman. The pen name is everyman. In other words, all sentient beings are Buddhas and everyone is the seed of Buddhas, but all sentient beings can't find their own nature. If you find it, you're not an ordinary person. Everyone is a Buddha and all beings are equal. Therefore, there is no difference between Zen, mind, Buddha and sentient beings. The heart is the Buddha, and when you realize it, this heart is the Buddha; I didn't expect Buddha to be an ordinary person. There is no difference between heart, Buddha and sentient beings, and they are equal.
There is no difference between heart, Buddha and sentient beings. Everyone is born a Buddha, but many people are trapped by the secular world, so they lose their nature and think they can't become a Buddha. Therefore, you don't have to sell yourself short. As long as you are willing to give up everything to practice, you can still become a Buddha
Why can't you become a Buddha by practicing Taoism in your life? Mr. nan huaijin, a master of Chinese studies, thinks that because I can't get rid of the "body meeting" at first, I always feel that if I have this body, I must look at it firmly. Most people always think that the shadow of the six dust circles is the self-mind. What is the shadow of the six dust circles? The light outside can be seen by the eyes. Sound, the sound that the ear can hear. Sweet, the smell that the nose can smell. Taste, the taste that the tongue can taste. Touch, the feeling that the body can feel. Method, thinking of consciousness. The six functions of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind are the "six roots" in life. Six external dust and six physical phenomena interact with the six roots of the body to produce an image, which is called the shadow of six dust. For example, photos, movies and television are all shadows and illusions, but these shadows are very powerful and will cause our joys and sorrows. Seeing their pain, we also suffer; We are glad to meet them. Knowing that it is false, it is still influenced by it.
In real life, think about our thoughts, all upside down in the shadow of six dusts. For example, when many of us watch movies, we are moved to tears by the characters and events in the movies. Although I knew it was false, I was moved to tears on the spot. Why? Just because I was deceived by the shadow of Liu Chen. Everything in life is a shadow of dust. What happened yesterday can you stay? Can you put it in front of you again? No, it's all over. Are the shadows of fate. However, all people often recall yesterday's events, sometimes extremely angry, sometimes extremely sad, and sometimes extremely happy. Nan huaijin said that all sentient beings are trapped in the shadow of the fate of Six Dust and regard them as their own hearts. Therefore, if a person wants to get rid of all kinds of troubles, he must get rid of all kinds of illusions about "self" and stop clinging to me.
Anyone who studies Buddhism and Zen must first establish a clear outlook on life. People who study Buddhism must first set up such an idea in their hearts. They came to this world all their lives just to pay their debts and repay the grievances of all the people concerned. Because we came into this world with bare hands, we have nothing. Growing up, food and clothing, everything, are the benefits given by all beings, parents, teachers and friends. Only I failed others, and others didn't do anything to me. Therefore, I will try my best to contribute to the people all over the world, in order to thank them for their kindness and pay off my old debts since I was born. Even at the expense of his own life, for the world, for the benefit of the world. The main point of Mahayana Buddhism is to start from this.
In fact, the Confucian spirit's feelings of helping the world are interlinked with the compassion of Buddhists to some extent. Du Fu's wish to "live in a thousand houses, protect the poor in the world and laugh, and be prepared for danger in times of peace in times of wind and rain" is actually completely consistent with the spirit of Buddhism. The so-called "saving all sentient beings in the world without leaving a thought in their hearts" is also a real Buddhist realm, and other than that, it is illusory.
All living beings regard Buddha as Buddha and people as people; The Buddha, on the other hand, believes that all beings are Buddhas and everyone is the seed of Buddhas. Just because they have fallen into the world by mistake, they are stained with the world, so don't blind the glory of the soul. As long as you are willing to practice, everyone has a blooming lotus flower and a seed of Buddha. I have a pearl, which has been locked by dust and labor for a long time. Today, the dust is full of light, and the water in Qian Shan is broken. "
The realm of immortality, if it can become immortal, is "no self."
China culture, in fact, is only two words: "no self".
What is no self? Its meaning is: first, impermanence and constancy; Second, I can't be my own master and I can't be comfortable. The other two meanings are: first, there is no self, no me; Second, don't hold your own opinions, forget yourself, be selfless and innocent.
If we must understand this selflessness, then we must know the meaning of selflessness. Without me, nothing matters. Without me, I will get rid of the annoying habit of self-attachment, self-perception and slowness, and I will not be controlled by it.
I can be myself without me, and I can see the bigger me if I let go of the smaller one.
Everyone is taller than they think, and wisdom is the way out. You don't have to be a monk to get rid of the pain. Just remove the word "I".
Learning Buddhism is not about getting, but about letting go. The process of altruism is the process of gradually letting go of "I".
The highest state of practice is to break the self and achieve no self.
The real practice is to learn selflessness, learn to give, don't always think about yourself, learn to get rid of selfishness and really think about others, so as to be really comfortable.
Without distractions, selfless desires and right and wrong, there is no self. If you want to achieve the realm of no self, you must purify your heart, look down on the prosperity of the world, have a tolerant heart, have strong self-control, have an open and peaceful mind, and have the spirit of serving everyone.
Holding is painful; Hold it, and then resent it. If a person really wants to stay away from troubles, he can't be self-centered and selfish. He should learn to let go of himself first and think more about others, which is called breaking my hold. So slowly, gradually, without considering yourself at all, you enter a state of no self, and this time is the highest state of practice.
As long as you can really see through, open your heart and understand, you will eventually be able to make a positive result. People who reach this state seem to have nothing, but in fact everything in the world belongs to him; It seems nothing, but in fact he really got it.
Narrow-minded people should gradually hone in the realm of people and things and find that all pain is caused by "persistence" and fade away one by one; Experience selfless happiness in altruism and helping others, and grow up bit by bit. There must be this process of collision, thinking and change, that is, "practicing the heart through experience."
Everyone has their own persistence and no self-treatment. Self-absence is not really self-absence, but to relax and always be self-centered. Those who prove that there is no self consider all beings everywhere and take the liberation of all beings as the center, and feel that this is the realm of no self.
Tao is selfless, seeking both its own liberation and universal salvation; We should not be confined to personal interests, desires, prejudices and obsessions, but should be compassionate, enthusiastic, generous and tolerant, and have no ego.
Only without self can there be fraternity, kindness and sympathy; Only those without me can tolerate everything, and those without me can realize the Tao, see through the hubbub, and care for and sympathize with the world.
The state of no self is to understand from emptiness. In fact, it is very difficult for ordinary people to achieve true selflessness. Those who can achieve true selflessness are those who have good thoughts and practice for a long time.
Whether you study Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism or Christianity, it doesn't matter what you study. The important thing is, do you have, today is more without me than yesterday, and tomorrow is more without me than today. I lost myself more and more, and I embarked on the right path.
Regrettably, many people regard the process of spiritual practice as a process of self-reinforcement and self-reinforcement. The more he studies, the more self he has; The more he studies, the more narcissistic he becomes; The more he learns, the more he falls into such a self-righteous trap. So this so-called practice is actually not practice.
Some people who study Buddhism, studying Buddhism for two days, play tricks on others and criticize others all day. Just like a popular saying in the society, taking photos of others with Marx's flashlight all day is just not taking photos of yourself.
There is only one word to measure a man of practice: me. Are you constantly losing yourself or constantly strengthening yourself? No matter what you learn from Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, whatever you like, even if you learn nothing and deprive yourself more and more, then you are also a yogi.
Laozi's wisdom is: emptiness means no ego, and quietness means no desire. Therefore, without me, it is important to have no distractions; To learn Taoism, it is important to be open-minded.
In my realm, it is based on my view of things, and everything I see is personal. A world without me is to look at things from the perspective of things and forget what is me and what is things. The realm is the presentation of joys and sorrows, the understanding of the world and human feelings, and a piece of spring scenery in the heart.
There is no me in the world, but I am everywhere; Give up the ego and seek the big ego; Abandon nausea and be merciful; People don't know about me, and I don't know anyone; I am not mysterious, but I have a wonderful door; Seeking peace without me is the beauty of life.
"Self-centeredness" is the source of our pain, and practice is to gradually get rid of all troubles and get rid of all pain. "No self" is the result of spiritual practice, and cannot be turned into a cause. It takes methods and time to realize it.
"I insist" is the root of all troubles. We compare ourselves with others and care about gains and losses, all in order to protect "me" and make "me" happy. As a result, we have a mentality of jealousy, arrogance, hatred, and various irrational behaviors, pushing our body and mind to the abyss of pain.
In Buddhism, there are three kinds of dharma seals, namely impermanence, selflessness and silence and nirvana, all of which are centered on this.
Among them, "all laws have no self" means that all laws do not exist because of me, which means that the laws and rules in the world are objective and there is no "I" at all. Everything that has "my opinion" is biased and has violated the objective facts.
"No self" means that I have eliminated "I see" and "I hold", and I am no longer obsessed with "I", "people", "sentient beings" and "longevity", and I can look at things close to their essence and no longer be confused by appearances.
If a person has "ego" and "ego", he will consider the problem from his own standpoint, but he can't see the essence of the problem from his own standpoint.
It's like two people quarreling, and the public says it's right and the old woman says it's right. If two people consider from their own standpoint, there will be no right and wrong, and this right and wrong will not be separated, and the contradiction will not be solved.
Therefore, in real life, we need a set of values that have been explored and tested for a long time to judge right and wrong, otherwise the world will be in a mess.
Only by jumping out of personal position and persistence can we see the essence of things clearly and come up with real solutions.
"No self" is a kind of liberation, jumping out of the circle of "people and me" and reaching a higher level. "Having me" is a delusion and persistence, which deviates from the orthodox religion.
