A tree Li Guangtian poem original text and answer

A Tree by Li Guangtian

I suddenly felt that I was a tree,

a big tree with sparse branches and leaves.

I am nourished by the earth and the sun,

I exercise my body in the wind and rain.

When all the leaves fall off,

I feel comfortable and relaxed And solid.

When the new green is born,

My whole life is attacked by hope.

The happiest thing is to be full of fruits,

I never feel stingy at this time.

I am most ashamed of being full of glitz and nothing.

Those who want to show off their growth rings should not stand on the earth.

It’s better to dig down the roots to the deepest point.

Also stretch out the branches and leaves towards the sun.

I must shed some leaves every year,< /p>

I also have to shed some skin constantly.

I have to grow something new every year.

Day and night, I long for the replacement of blood.< /p>

I don’t know when I can stop,

because I don’t belong to myself.
