Jiang Yue's people are just a few feet away, and lanterns shine at night.

The heron in the sand head is silent, and the fish in the stern are screaming.

There is a style of "sentence by sentence" in quatrains. In other words, write a scene for each sentence and use two couplets. There seems to be no connection between sentences. It originally originated from the Four Seasons Fu of the Jin Dynasty (Spring is full of four rivers, and Xia Yun is full of strange peaks. The autumn moon is bright and the winter ridge is lonely and loose. "There were not many literati in the Tang Dynasty, and Du Fu liked to use this physique best. Probably because he is so good at the rhythm of poetry, he can use this unique style because it is difficult. His most famous quatrains, such as Two Orioles Singing Green Willow, White Carpet with Flowers on the Green Path and Beautiful Day on the River, all use this physique. The advantages of these poems are not only vivid scenery and precise rhythm, but also that they can form a unified and perfect artistic conception, and the sentences take care of each other and blend into a complete picture.

This poem was written by Du Fu when he lived in Bashu, and it was about the scenery of staying overnight. In writing moonlit night, the poet did not start from the sky and the moon, but wrote the shadow of the moon in the water ("Jiangyue"), which grasped the characteristics of the night scene on the river from the beginning. "Only a few feet away" means that the moon shadow is very close to the ship. "How clear the moon is in the water!" , but also wrote the clarity of the river. The moon shadow in the middle of the river is close to people, drawing the beauty of the moonlight night between the rivers, which is "there is no dust on the river, and the moon wheel is lonely." This is a quiet country. The second sentence says that there is a lamp hanging on the pole in the boat, which looks diluted and soft in the moonlight. Mast lights should be covered with paper to avoid the wind, so they are called wind lights. There was no wind in the river at that time, otherwise the river would not be so quiet and the moon shadow would not be so clear. A sentence or two seems to be talking about scenery, but readers can really feel the existence of a sleepless person (the word "person" has been pointed out in the first sentence), and this person is the poet himself. From "Jiangyue" to "Wind Lantern", from outside to inside, from far to near. Then write to the river bank, from near to far. The moon shines on the sandy shore like snow, and the scenery in the sandy head is difficult to distinguish. The egrets who stayed at night bent down and reunited in groups of three or five on the beach. They sleep so peacefully and in harmony with the environment. At the same time, it shows the breath of life in the quiet scenery. The loveliness of this peaceful realm can only be fully realized by sleepless people who suffer from chaos. The poem is permeated with the poet's longing for a quiet life and his love for small life in nature, which is closely related to the poet's spirit of worrying about the country and the people. The poet can't help but sincerely praise the "quiet" beauty of night. Because he is closely related to all kinds of nature, this kind of "silence" is somewhat different from the silence and loneliness of "so light that no one can hear it except my comrade Mingyue" (Wang Wei). Suddenly there was a "poke" from the stern, which awakened the poet who was staring intently. He turned to the stern, where it was sparkling. It was obvious that a big fish had just jumped out of the water. The first three sentences of the poem are dominated by the word "quiet", but the last sentence is moving with sound, which seems to break the realm of silence. However, it actually gives readers the opposite feeling, the quieter it is. Breaking the silence with voice, the more you look at it, the more you feel. This is a foil technique, which can properly infiltrate the opposing factors into the unified tone and strengthen the overall tone. This is a common technique in poetry, painting and music. The last two sentences of the poem are divided into fish and birds, which move quietly, but complement each other on the contrary.
