Jieyang characteristic building: Jinxianmen, Rongcheng, is the place where the whole city beats gongs and drums, so it is called "Bridge Building Jiao Xiao", which is one of the eight ancient scenic spots in Jieyang. The tower is 20.3 meters wide and 8 meters deep, with a building area of 160.3 square meters, facing north to east. It is a pavilion with a three-story octagonal glass roof, which consists of a city urn door, a tower and a pavilion. Legend has it that it was built by ancient sages in Jieyang, and it is generally believed that it was founded by the first seven sages and opened by the last seven sages. "Promoting sages" means "carrying forward sages", which is the spirit of Jieyang people to respect sages and accept them since ancient times.
Jieyang Gong Xue is a national key cultural relics protection unit, located in the east of Hanchi Road, Rongcheng District, Jieyang City. Built in Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty for ten years (1 140), it is now the architectural pattern of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty for two years. According to the on-site staff, the building complex faces south and covers an area of about 2 1 1,000 square meters. It is composed of 2/kloc-0 single buildings with complete building regulations. The building complex adopts a three-way and five-way symmetrical architectural layout, and the middle road building is temple-style, which is the largest and best-preserved historical building complex of its kind in Lingnan area.
Jieyang City God Temple was built in the second year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1369). It faces south and has three courtyards, covering an area of more than 2,000 square meters. The reporter saw from the scene that Jieyang Chenghuang Temple preserved a large number of local traditional crafts, such as gold lacquer wood carving, color carving, porcelain inlay, gray plastic and so on. It has strong architectural artistic characteristics and high artistic value in Chaoshan area.
