1. Open the word document and enter multiple paragraphs of text.
2. Select the content, find the border button, and find the border and shading commands.
3. Bring up the border and shading dialog box.
4. Select the border, find the style you like, choose red as the color, apply it to the paragraph, and confirm.
5. If you want to adjust the distance from the text, just click this option.
6. Finally, look at the red border effect of the paragraph.

1. Double-click to open the preliminarily typeset word2007 document. Here, I open a document that has been preliminarily typeset-the content is a text "Qingliu" in the first volume of senior two Chinese.
2. Box the whole document. Click Page Layout-Page Borders at the top of the document to open the Page Borders dialog box, click the border, and then select the box. In the style on the right, select the border type as double solid line, the line color as green, and the line thickness as 2.25 points. In the "Apply to" option on the right, select "Apply to the whole document", so that the whole document can be completed.
3. Add a border to the paragraph. Select the paragraph to be bordered, click Page Layout-Page Borders at the top of the document to open the Page Borders dialog box, click the border, and then select the box. In the right style, the selection border is a single dotted line, the line color is set to purple, and the line thickness is 2.25 points. In the Apply to option on the right, select Apply to Paragraph.
4. Set other types of borders. Of course, we can also click Page Layout-Page Border at the top of the document to open the page border dialog box, click the border, select shadow, 3D or custom border, and set the border you want according to the above method.
5. Set some boundary lines. In steps 2, 3 and 4, the whole document or paragraph is surrounded by a border. If we only want to have a border above or below the whole document or paragraph, and we don't need the left and right borders, then we can do this: Click Page Layout-Page Border at the top of the document to open the page border dialog box, and there are four options to remove the left and right borders in the preview window at the top right.
6. Add an artistic border to the page. Select the paragraph to be bordered, click Page Layout-Page Borders at the top of the document to open the Page Borders dialog box, click any of the following borders, select the "art" border at the middle bottom, select the first one here, set the top border width to 20 points, and click OK to set the art border successfully. Of course, there are many types of artistic boundaries, and we can also set other artistic boundaries you like at will.
7. Shade the text. Select the text to be shaded, click Page Layout-Page Border at the top of the document to open the Page Border dialog box, click Shadow, select yellow as the fill color, and then click OK, so that the selected text will be shaded yellow.
