How to get to Lei Qiong Geopark?

(1) Take the bus 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 16, 17, 24, 28, 33, 35 to Xiuying Avenue, and stop at Junyong Station, Xiuying Street Station (west gate of Xiuying Vegetable Market) or Haibo Market. Then transfer to Xiuying-Shishan and Xiuying-Yongxing at the bus shelter of Haibo Market Station.

A. The shuttle bus Xiuying-Shishan can go directly to the park (1 shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, fare: 3 yuan/person, 25-30 minutes by car);
B, "Xiuying-Yongxing"
The bus (fare: 3 yuan/person) gets off at 9.2km from the middle line of the sea, and then changes to a tricycle with a canopy at the entrance of the Volcano Geopark (current tricycle fare: 1 yuan/person) to reach the park.
C. transfer to a taxi. The fare is 30-40 yuan (about carpooling 10 yuan/person), and the journey takes 20 minutes.
(2) Take the "Fucheng-Meian" bus at the bus stop of Hu Hongcheng Road, Fucheng Town, Haikou City, and Qiongshan Bus Station, Nanhai Avenue, and you can go directly to the park (current fare: 3 yuan/person);
(3) Take a bus (such as Fucheng-Zuntan, Fucheng-Dongshan, etc.). ) Get off at the bus stop at Hu Hongcheng Road, Fucheng Town, Haikou City, and bus stop at Qiongshan Bus Station, Nanhai Avenue, passing through the center line of the sea, and get off at 9.2km of the center line of the sea, and then transfer to a tricycle with a canopy at the gate of the volcanic geological park there (the current tricycle charge is 1 yuan/person) to reach the park.
There are four volcanoes in the scenic spot, namely, Fengluling in the South Cone, Mantou Ridge in the North Cone and two small parasitic volcanoes called "Volcano El Nino", which constitute a dormant volcano family.
The Fengluling crater erupted more than 8,000 years ago, and the shape of the crater has been preserved to this day. The inner diameter of the volcano is120m and the depth is 60m. You can enter the bottom of the crater along the stone steps.
Ma 'anling crater is 222.8 meters above sea level, but it is already the highest peak in Qiongbei. Standing here, you can see the panoramic view of Haikou.
There is a wonderful and touching story about Ma 'anling:
A long time ago, a fairy came down to earth and married a hardworking and simple farmer, Chunteng. The fierce Vulcan knew about it, so he robbed the fairy in a volcanic cave. Chunteng decided to fight Vulcan, put out the fire and save his wife. He practices hard in the valley every day, and his voice resounds through the sky. Chunteng's action touched the jade emperor and all the immortals, and the jade emperor sent a fairy to teach him the magic of dealing with Vulcan. The mountain god made two water tanks from two mountains, pulled out a towering treasure tree and made a pole, and gave it to Chunteng together. Fengshen brings water to the spring vine. Chunteng received two pools and four pools of water. When he came to Ma 'anling, Vulcan found that under a spell, Chunteng couldn't afford two tanks of water. Spring Teng used his quick wits, and the flying foot kicked the shoulder pole away, and the shoulder pole landed smoothly, turning into a "one"-like mountain ridge, just pressing on Vulcan's neck, and the other foot kicked on the water tank, which immediately caused a storm, surrendered Vulcan and saved the fairy. Since then, this land has become peaceful and everything has grown. Later, two water tanks became two mountains, which is today's Ma 'anling.
