The Experience of Studying the Postal Law

The Experience of Studying the Postal Law

How time flies! I have been working in the post office for two months. In these two months, I have experienced a lot of study and training. The ancients said, "A scholar who doesn't study for three days is tasteless and boring." After these studies and training, I was deeply impressed, my mind was greatly impacted, which triggered deep thinking, benefited a lot and learned a lot. So that I can get a treasure in the future trade union work, better combine theoretical knowledge with practice, and make my postal work to a new level.

We live in a challenging era, many new things need us to learn, explore and practice, and many new problems need us to study, answer and solve. This puts forward new and higher requirements for our theoretical cultivation and knowledge level. The times are progressing, society is developing, science and technology are changing with each passing day, and knowledge updating is accelerating. Learning is like sailing against the current. If you don't advance, you will retreat. As a postal worker in the new era, if you don't study and don't like reading, you will lack aura and be in a daze, so it is difficult to adapt to the needs of work and grow up quickly. The more things that pass by, the more I feel that "I hate books less when I use them, and it is difficult to do things unless I pass by."

Deep meaning. Therefore, we must not idle away our time, but study more in a limited time. Learning, the most important thing is to strengthen theoretical learning. As a postal worker in the new era, we should first be sober and firm in theory and politics. We should strengthen the study of Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, and strive to master their theoretical systems and spiritual essence. At present, the most important thing is to study the spirit of the 16th National Congress and the Third Plenary Session, deeply understand Theory of Three Represents, arm our minds with developing Marxism and guide our work. At the same time, we should also learn the necessary knowledge of our own work, modern economy, science and technology, management and law, and strive to become an expert in key posts of postal services.

Through these studies, I, an ordinary postal worker who has just started to work, understand that the basic tasks of postal enterprises are market-oriented, management-centered, development-oriented, management-based, science and technology-supported, service-oriented, and social and enterprise benefits-oriented, so as to meet the needs of the broad masses of the people and the whole society as much as possible and provide universal services for the society. In a word, the basic task of postal enterprises is to communicate with the government, people and trade. General administration is the expression of national sovereignty and people's rights, and trade is the need of social and economic development. To better understand the service policy of postal enterprises, service is the eternal theme of postal enterprises. Providing all-round and multi-level high-quality services for the whole society and achieving the service level of excellent quality, full function, advanced means, convenient use and beautiful environment are the needs of postal enterprises to expand their business and the basis for postal enterprises to complete their basic tasks and achieve their business objectives. 1On February 2, 986, Article 6 of the Postal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which was deliberated and passed by the NPC Standing Committee, stipulated that "postal enterprises should provide users with fast, accurate, safe and convenient postal services." At this point, the eight-character service policy has become a legal norm that every postal enterprise employee must follow.

In the new historical period, it is of great practical and long-term historical significance to adhere to people-oriented and promote people's all-round development. Man is the most active, active and decisive force among the factors of productivity. For postal enterprises, people are the first resource and the most precious wealth. The development of postal service depends not only on capital, technology and equipment, but also on the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of people and cadres and workers. After two months of study and training, I clearly see that our postal enterprises are people-oriented and regard people as the first resource and the most precious wealth. I must study hard, apply what I have learned to practice, correct my service attitude, and let myself grow up quickly and become an excellent employee of postal enterprises.
