Meditation on youth and life
-read the poems of Zhang Huan and Wu Sheng.
When I first read these poems by Zhang Huan and Wu Sheng, my initial feeling was surprise and moving. The surprise is because his poems have gone out of the simplicity and naivety of students' works and moved towards complexity and maturity; I was moved because his poems not only expressed his youth, but also expressed his concern and thinking about life, society and the future destiny of mankind.
As college students' poetry practice, singing and expressing youth and love are eternal themes in their writing. A considerable part of Zhang Huan's poems are about youth, love and ideals, but these poems are very personal, profound, melancholy and persistent. In his works, I pay more attention to those poems that care about society, life and human destiny. These works make his thoughts go to a broader and more distant realm. Such as: "Continued" is about human wars and killings; The injuries and cracks between relatives will always be an arena, continuing the disaster; The eternal sorrow brought by war. The author wrote:
The desert after the rain ran over armored wheels,
Fighters worship the devil at high altitude.
Still like a mountain; Such as running water;
On the desert oasis: blood, corpse, goddess!
The image expressed in this poem is concise and clear. ...
