This is Yuan Mei, a poet in Qing Dynasty. He occasionally saw a shepherd boy riding leisurely on the back of an ox, singing loudly in his mouth, as if he were walking through the Woods. Suddenly, he heard the sound of cicada, and his singing stopped suddenly, for fear of disturbing cicada and flying away. The picture that cicada tried to capture aroused the poet's emotion, and thus he wrote this famous poem that he saw.
