Wang Fuzhi was an outstanding materialist thinker and literary artist during the Ming and Qing Dynasties in China. On the aesthetic theory of poetry, he put forward some unique and profound opinions, one of which is the theory of "blending scenes". He regards emotion and scenery as two aspects that constitute the artistic conception of poetry, which are both different and related: emotion and scenery are in harmony, and scenery and emotion are in harmony; There is a scene in love, and there is love in the scene; Love is true, and love can also be beautiful; The scenery is not stagnant, but full of affection. Wang Fuzhi's sapphire case can also be said to be a practice of his theory of "scene blending"
