The landlord asked a simple conceptual question. Take Tang poetry as an example. "Tang poetry" is not a literary genre, and our descendants can't and won't say that they wrote Tang poetry. However, the Tang Dynasty perfected metrical poetry, which is a literary genre.
The same is true of Chuci, which is by no means a literary genre. In a narrow sense, it is a book, and in a broad sense, it is the general name of poetry in a specific region, a specific time and a specific genre. The genre of Chu Ci is Chu Ci, also called Sao Ci. Although there is only one more word, it is a completely different concept and a profound Chinese.
