Chapter I: General Provisions
Article 1: Anyone who voluntarily joins this club and has good moral quality can become a member of this club after registration.
Article 2: Obligations that members must perform (as follows)
<1> Actively cultivate their excellent moral quality and strong sense of responsibility.
〈 2 〉 Actively participate in community activities and handle the relationship between members.
< 3 > Be enthusiastic about helping others in life and consciously safeguard the club image.
Article 3 1: Members have the right to participate in the election of the president, vice-president, ministers, deputy ministers and responsible persons. When you are elected, you must submit an application to the selection team, which will take effect only after it is approved by the club meeting.
< 2 > members have the right to make suggestions on the work and construction of the association and protest against their dissatisfaction through correct channels.
< 3 >: members have the right to voluntarily quit the club, but they should submit a written application to the relevant departments of the club and keep records.
Chapter II: Association system.
Article 1: The Community System was studied by the Economic and Social Council and officially implemented on September 1 2009.
Article 2: This association system is applicable to all members, regardless of their positions or grades.
Article 3: The Association practices the principle of individual obeying organization, minority obeying majority and democratic centralism.
Article 4: Any form of personal confrontation, departmental confrontation and power confrontation is prohibited in the community.
Article 5: The term of office of the president and minister of the Association is one and a half years, and the term of office of the vice president and deputy minister is one year.
Sixth members do not implement the resolutions of the association, do not actively participate in the activities of the association, and damage the image of the association. , directly or indirectly damage the short-term or long-term interests of the association, in accordance with the "measures" management of the association points.
Article 7 The selection, rewards and punishments of members, deputy ministers, responsible persons and ordinary members of the Social Committee shall be regularly or irregularly reported in the society.
Article 8: All members have the right to attend various club meetings and take the initiative to investigate and understand the work and financial situation of various departments of the Council. Article 9: The board of directors and ministers have the right to formulate and modify the club system, which will take effect after it is adopted at the internal meeting.
Chapter III: Responsibilities of the Social Committee.
Lead, organize and coordinate various large-scale activities inside and outside the community.
Two. Listen, check and vote on the activity plan.
Discuss and decide on major issues inside and outside the club.
Amend and formulate the articles of association and system.
Responsible for organizing election activities.
Accept suggestions and complaints from members and non-members and respond.
VII: The Social Committee shall have and exercise the following functions and powers:
(1) adopt the resolution of the General Assembly. (The resolution of the General Assembly must be attended by 3/4 members, and more than 2/3 people present agree to vote before it can be passed and take effect.
(2) Elect and replace the main leaders of the Association and the heads of departments nominated by the President of the Association or jointly recommended by the members of the Association.
(three) to decide on other major issues such as the merger and reorganization of associations.
Chapter IV: Organization
One: The Association has the following institutional departments, and the responsible persons constitute the executive body of the Association: President (one person), Vice President (two persons), Secretariat, Propaganda Department, Organization Department, Editorial Department, External Relations Department, Poetry Creation Department and Poetry Research Department. The president, vice-president and heads of seven departments (divisions) form the executive body of the Association, leading the daily work of the Association and being responsible to the members' congress.
Two. Functions and powers of the executive organ:
(1) Implement community resolutions.
(2) To report and summarize the work plan, finance, material receiving, dispatching and handling of the Association.
(3) Develop internal management system.
(4) Approve members' joining and quitting, and issue invitations to enthusiastic students.
(5) Hold regular meetings of the executive organs at least twice a month.
Chapter V: Measures for the Management of Membership Points.
1. The Measures for the Management of Membership Points was formally implemented on September 1 2009 after discussion and research by the Poetry Society Committee.
Two: the points management method is applicable to all members, regardless of position and level.
Three: The original score of each managed member is ten.
Four: At the end of one year, the relevant departments will evaluate the points and judge the high points, low points and failing points respectively.
Five: 1, give appropriate rewards to those with high scores, and report them to the outside world for praise. 2. Give an internal warning to those with low scores, and dismiss those with low scores among non-ordinary members.
3. Persuade those who fail in grades to quit the club.
6. Written materials for grading shall be provided by the recorder or individual of meetings and activities, and submitted to the secretariat, which shall check and record them. If the verification is untrue or biased, the Secretariat has the right to modify the evaluation results and notify the supplier.
Seven: reward points range: 1: submit activity plans to departments or communities. ( 1-5)
2. directly participate in every large-scale activity. ( 1-5)
3. Members actively declare and implement activities. ( 1-6)
4. Other emotional rewards that are beneficial to the work and development of the community.
Deduction range: 1: being late for the meeting or being late (1-2).
2. Don't participate in the activity for no reason. ( 1-2)
3. Personal style affects the community image. ( 1-5)
4. The verified members are fighting internally. ( 1-5)
5. Other circumstances that are not conducive to the development of the association and undermine the cohesion of the association will be deducted as appropriate.
Chapter VI Office Management System
office
1. This office is only used by the staff of our association when they are working and on duty, and shall not be arbitrarily used for other purposes or lent to other societies and people unrelated to our association.
2. If all departments need to borrow this office (except on duty), they must coordinate with the personnel on duty in time. The borrowing department shall ensure that this system is observed during the borrowing period.
3. When borrowing offices or facilities, other institutions must have sufficient reasons and promise to abide by this system.
4. The personnel on duty need to make a good record on duty.
5. Office supplies shall be uniformly distributed by the Youth League Committee and the Student Affairs Office.
6. The staff of this institution should use and keep office supplies correctly.
7. The borrowing or consumption of articles shall be recorded in detail by the personnel on duty, and the secretariat shall regularly check and timely repair and update the damaged articles. Second, the duty system
1. The duty time is 4:00-4:30 every afternoon, and the personnel and order on duty are arranged by the social committee.
2. The personnel on duty should carefully record the situation on duty.
3. Keep the office clean during duty and clean it before coming off work.
4. If the personnel on duty are unable to arrive at the post for some reason, they should coordinate with various departments in advance or ask for leave from the secretariat, subject to the leave slip (except in special circumstances).
5. The personnel on duty should check the office and indoor items before the end of duty, and leave after the end.
6. The personnel on duty should keep the office keys properly, and each department should only have one, and the president and vice president should each have one.
Chapter VII Interim Provisions on Financial and Material Arrangements and Handling of Related Matters
One: there is a special person to truthfully register the income from fund-raising activities and publicize it regularly.
Two: special person to keep all relevant financial information.
Three: there is a special person responsible for the delivery and support of materials, and truthfully register and publicize them.
IV: The financial expenses can be used only after being signed by the user, the person in charge of the association and the person in charge of the finance department. The finance department pays the expenses and keeps the bills.
Chapter VIII Procedures for Termination of Associations
One: An association may apply for termination under the following circumstances.
(1) When is separation or merger more conducive to the development of caring education activities?
(2) When the development of a community goes against its main purpose.
(3) when there is no need for the association to exist and other circumstances that need to be terminated.
Two: when the association terminates its activities, it should clean up the relevant finance and materials under the guidance of the business guidance department. And report the termination to the relevant departments. At the same time, the last member congress will be held to report the relevant situation and opinions on the follow-up work.
Chapter IX Supplementary Provisions
One: This system has been tried out since the establishment of the Poetry Society, and Xiaoxiang Poetry Society reserves the right to modify it.
The final interpretation right of this system belongs to Xiaoxiang Poetry Society of Shandong Industrial Vocational College.
Three. During the trial implementation of the articles of association, students are welcome to supervise, criticize and put forward their opinions.
