Brief introduction of Wang Yizhen

Wang Yizhen, male, Han nationality, from Dongping County, Shandong Province, is a member of the Chinese Writers Association and a member of the Children's Literature Committee of the Chinese Writers Association. He has published more than 2,000 poems and more than 500,000 fairy tales in more than 0/00 domestic journals such as People's Daily, People's Literature and Poetry Magazine. 1966 graduated from high school, 1968 went back to work. 1970 worked as a teacher in Huanglong county, Shaanxi province. Later, he served as secretary of the commune party Committee and minister of the propaganda department of the county party Committee. From 1978, he was transferred to Shaanxi Youth Magazine as an editor, and now he is the editor-in-chief of the magazine (renamed Youth Monthly).

Wang Yizhen has successively won more than ten literary book awards, such as China Book Award, National Excellent Children's Literature Award of Chinese Writers Association, Soong Ching Ling Children's Literature Award, Dandelion Award of Ministry of Culture, First Prize of National Excellent Children's Book, Bingxin Book Award, and Shaanxi Five One Project Award.
