Appreciation of Zhang Wentao's Lugou Poetry

"Lu Gou south looks at the dust, and the wood frost desert opens. Tianhai poetry is awkward, and Guanshan autumn rain comes. " Standing on the Lugou Bridge and looking south, the world is confused. Frost and cold weather, endless trees rustling down, the earth boundless. The poet thinks of his years of running, but he doesn't think the world is as sad as autumn scenery in the rain. This poem is extraordinary, with scenery writing and scene blending. Wood, frost, dust, mountains, autumn and rain create a bleak atmosphere from the beginning, which is a direct portrayal of the author's mood at that time. Then use the words "desert", "exhausted" and "Tianhai" to expand the space. In this big space, the poet feels more humble and insignificant, so how can he not express "where are those lost times in front of me?" Behind me, where are the future generations? I think of heaven and earth, there is no limit, there is no end, I am alone, and my tears fall down? "The universe has accomplished nothing, and people are useless. Yesterday, heroes couldn't breathe, singing songs and hanging ancient golden platforms. " Faced with this situation, the poet can't help but feel deeply worried about his personal life and the future of the country. How much he wishes to have a famous gentleman like Yan Zhaowang, but the reality is cruel. Where is the hero? Only the empty ancient golden platform is left to be mourned! These four poems are the catharsis of the poet's feelings, and also the place where this poem really touches people. It integrates personal life experience into the times. He did not confine himself to his personal life experience, but raised this feeling to the level and height of the nation and society. As we all know, the Qing Dynasty was ruled by Manchu people. Although the Manchu family is always on the lips, the Manchu rulers have never relaxed their vigilance against the Han people, especially the Han literati. Even talented Han literati can't really enter the core of the rulers and get real appreciation and application, which makes many talented Han literati unable to extend their ambitions. This kind of lamentation often appears in the works of Han literati, and Lugou is a typical one. How much the poet hoped that the rulers of the Qing Dynasty could reuse talents like Yan Zhaowang, but this was just an extravagant hope! This poem also conveys deep anxiety about the times. By the late Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, it was actually going downhill, with political corruption and weak culture. Wise poets are keenly aware of the hidden dangers of this era, so they have the feeling that there is nothing to learn in the world.

In a word, this poem is full of flavor, both in artistic technique and in thought.
