When Lao Ge misinterprets the boat, the red leaves and green mountains are rushing.
people are far away from waking up at dusk, and it's raining all over the sky.
Second, Xu Hun's other poems
Early Autumn, East Building of Xianyang City, inscribed in the inn at tong gate on an autumn trip to the capital, Night Return to Dingmaoqiao Village and Xiaxia. Third, appreciation
The first sentence writes that friends leave by boat. There was a custom of singing off in ancient times. "Laoge" originally refers to the song sung at Laolao Pavilion (the former site is in the south of Nanjing today, and it is also a famous farewell place), and later it became another name for farewell songs. A song of toil, a cable to solve the boat trip, writes a hasty and helpless scene atmosphere from the eyes of the farewell.
The second sentence describes the scenery on the river seen by friends after they set out by boat. It's late autumn, and the green hills and frost forests on both sides of the strait are all dyed, with red leaves and red maple everywhere, reflecting the green autumn waters of a river, which is particularly colorful. At first glance, this bright and beautiful scene seems to be not in harmony with the feeling of parting. In fact, the former is a powerful contrast to the latter. The more beautiful the scenery is, the more lovely it is to get together and the embarrassment of parting. Great Qiu Guang has become a factor to add sorrow and hate. Jiang Yan's "Biefu" said: "Spring grass is blue, spring water is green, and it hurts to send you to Nanpu!" The beautiful spring scenery reflects the sadness of parting, which is the same as this. This is exactly the artistic dialectics revealed by Wang Fuzhi, that is, "Writing mourning with pleasure, mourning with Syaraku, and doubling its sorrow and joy" (Jiang Zhai Shi Hua).
This sentence does not directly refer to a friend's boat trip. However, through the depiction of "water rapids", the fast-moving readers can imagine that the poet watched the boat walk across the river with green hills and red leaves on the shore, which was also vividly shown. The word "urgent" secretly reveals the psychological state of the people who saw him off, and also makes the artistic conception expressed in the whole poem have a little bit of sadness and anxiety. This is consistent with the poet's discordant and carefree mood at that time.
There is a long time interval between the front and back of the poem. After the friend went far by boat, the poet did not leave the farewell Xie Ting, but took a nap in the same place. Don't drink a little before, slightly drunk. After my friend left, I was in a bad mood and fell asleep. When I woke up, it was dusk. The sky changed, it began to rain, and I looked around in a blur. In front of the river, the green hills and red leaves on both sides of the river have been shrouded in misty rain, fog and heavy dusk. And my friend's boat, at the moment, I don't know where to go with the rapids beyond the fog in Yunshan. The gloom of the twilight, the gloom of the wind and rain, the gloom after waking up, and the disappointment and emptiness of recalling other scenes made the poet feel particularly sad and lonely at this moment, and felt unable to bear the encirclement of this environmental atmosphere, so he walked down from the west building shrouded in wind and rain alone in silence. (The West Building refers to the farewell Xie Pavilion. In ancient poetry, "Nanpu" and "West Building" often refer to the farewell place. )
The third sentence is extremely lonely when you wake up after drinking, but the fourth sentence doesn't directly express your sadness, but puts aside the scenery. However, because the unique gloomy and confused color of this scene coincides with the poet's mood at that time, readers can fully feel the poet's bleak and sad feelings. In this way, it is not only richer and more infectious than the embarrassment of expressing other feelings directly, but also makes the ending have a kind of emotional charm that is unspoken and sad.
This poem is composed of two scenes with different time and tone. The former couplet is contrasted with the bright and beautiful scenery of green hills and red leaves, and the latter couplet is contrasted with the bleak scenery of wind and rain, and the brushwork is full of changes. The first and third sentences respectively point out that the boat is far away from people, and the second and fourth sentences are purely rendered by scenery, which makes the whole article show unity in change.
IV. Notes
Laoge: This refers to the song sung when seeing off guests at Laolao Pavilion, generally referring to the farewell song. Loulao Pavilion, in the south of Nanjing today, Li Bai's poem has "Loulao Pavilion for seeing guests off in a sad place in the world". It implies that the boat is far away, and it is infinitely different from "waking up at dusk" and "full of wind and rain". The West Building refers to the farewell Xie Pavilion. In ancient poetry, "Nanpu" and "West Building" often refer to the farewell place.
