Speaking of "letters from home", it always reminds me of Du Fu's sentence, "After three months of war, a letter from home is worth a ton of gold."
In 2022, the epidemic situation came back all over the country, disrupting people's normal life. In many areas, people had to work from home, and the economy was once depressed. The epidemic has worried many people. Isn't this Fu's "bonfire" period? But when I was isolated at home through the epidemic, I saw a lot through reflection. This letter of "Thousands of Gold" is written for every family member.
First of all, the epidemic situation is a double choice for each of us, physical quality and psychological quality. When diseases really happen around us all the time, I think every student of Yangming's mind will not be afraid or worried, because we have dedicated ourselves to the light, the right path, the conscience and those who are kind and pure-hearted. God will bless them.
Secondly, the epidemic tests how we face loneliness and fear. Neither our teachers nor students will feel lonely. Because we have the platform of Yangming's theory of mind, it has created a rich spiritual home for us.
Every teacher and student can directly express their feelings in the group, sum up their daily learning feelings and their application practice in life, and more importantly, express their inner gratitude. Teachers and students help and comfort each other. When we focus on the light, there is no place for darkness. When we maintain justice, get rid of human desires and lead to conscience, there will be no self-interest, fear and self-pity. A person can walk fast, but a group of people can warm each other and go further.
Third, in this process, let me once again deeply understand what is the most important thing in life. Although each of us is in an epidemic situation, the spiritual strength of all of us has been really improved through what we have learned on the platform of Yangming's mind.
When we set up a saint's ambition, it is to focus, streamline and seek the right path. On the road of life, we learn to get rid of dross, do a good job of parting, and learn to get rid of unnecessary waste of energy outside the ambition of miscellaneous family. Regardless of family, love, friendship, career, health and other aspects, the sage's way teaches us to be a sober modern person.
Growth and transformation cannot be achieved overnight. I learn to introspect and listen carefully in my daily homework. I am grateful to Mr. Yangming for teaching me to feel the compassion of "the integration of heaven and earth". In my study and practice, I constantly have problems, think about problems and solve them. The biggest change is that I gradually apply what I have learned to my life, internalizing it in my heart and externalizing it in my work.
At home, in the face of my mother's nagging, I used to be restless; Now I will put myself in my mother's shoes to understand her good intentions and tap her inner needs.
In the workplace, in the face of malicious competition from colleagues, although I have not retaliated against each other in the past, I will be unhappy in my heart; Now I will look at their inner world from a higher dimension, understand their needs and difficulties, and leave no waves in my heart.
In love and friendship, in the face of each other's accusations, I am definitely the first to jump out and solve problems with emotions; Now I will analyze the key issues of conflicts and contradictions first, and then think about how to communicate with each other to solve them. I am not afraid of conflict, I am more rational and calm, and I realize that dislocation is the normal state in relationships, and conflict is a good medicine to enhance emotions.
At this point, the course of sincerity class has come to an end, and the practice of my life has just begun. I know there are still many problems in my body, and I need to grow up through practice and dedication.
I may have been stuck in the shadow of pain for a long time, but now I have repeatedly studied and practiced the contents of Yangming's mind. I know why my life came, and I know what kind of mentality I should face under various circumstances.
