How to pretend to be a Chengdu native and live an authentic Chengdu year?

Traveler-? Running Dongdong

"The sword front comes from sharpening, and the plum blossom fragrance comes from bitter cold." Whenever plum blossoms smell, you know that spring is coming, and it is also the annual Spring Festival. Just taking advantage of the holiday time to go home, come to Chengdu for a stroll.

I suddenly heard this song "Chengdu" by Zhao Lei some time ago, and I miss it very much as a drifter in the north.

It's not just the wine that made me cry last night.

It's not just your tenderness that makes me reluctant to part.

This time, I finally got my wish, and I chose to come to Du Fu Caotang in the first battle of my journey. Du Fu Caotang, located by the Huanhua River, is the former residence of Du Fu, a great poet of the Tang Dynasty in China. During these four years, Du Fu left more than 240 poems here. It is said that Du Fu Caotang is the largest, best preserved, most famous and most distinctive trace of Du Fu's whereabouts in China. There are the former site of Caotang, Meiyuan District and Caotang Temple in Caotang. Although it has developed into a classical garden in China, all we can see is the "Caotang Scenic Area" reconstructed by 1997. But in my opinion, my admiration for Du Fu has not diminished at all.

Du Fu Caotang has three doors, of which the main entrance and the south entrance are located in the south of the Caotang, and the north entrance is located in the northwest. The main entrance and the south gate are not far apart. We chose to enter from the main entrance and step into Du Fu Caotang. There are no traces of winter, no traces of autumn, and some are spring scenery in the garden. Here, Huanglamei and Pink Plum are competing to open, and the flowers are blooming!

When I came in, I found that the 8th Chengdu Poetry Festival was being held here. The theme of the Poetry Festival is "Poetry conveys ancient feelings, and flowers attach importance to Jinguan City", which is divided into five parts: thatched cottages offering sacrifices to saints, singing Spring Festival poems, having fun in the garden, praying for plum blossoms, and painting poems during the Spring Festival. The cultural festival will last until February 12.

Strolling among them, the thatched cottage bridges are flowing and the bamboo forests are trimmed. From time to time, the red light is on, and the staff in red is particularly festive. I can't help but sigh, this is the flavor of the year I want!

Tens of thousands of colorful flowers, nearly a thousand beautiful and meaningful red plums, and hundreds of rich and simple plum blossom ancient piles create a spring scene of "one tree comes first" and "a thousand flowers are the lowest" against the backdrop of the thick historical and cultural atmosphere and elegant ancient gardens in the thatched cottage.

One of the most noteworthy is Meiyuan, which is built with the theme of red plum. Plum blossoms match the rocks of Xiling Mountain. Through the window frames or pavilions, it is picturesque to put the simple plum blossom frame into the painting. If you have time, you can choose to savor the special poetry of this "golden city" here.

Where to find the flavor of the year, Du Fu Caotang is the best. Tickets are only sold in 30 yuan. In this cold season, bring your family and children to Chengdu Du Fu Caotang Museum to enjoy flowers and poems, and find a lively atmosphere for the New Year!
