It hasn't rained for three months this summer, but there is no cloud cover, only dust flying. No one in the hall is very quiet. I think I can take a break to keep cool, but when I want to move but I don't start, I'm sweating all over.
It suddenly occurred to me that those who work hard in the street are the worst, with skinny bodies and blue veins standing out, carrying 100 kilograms of heavy objects. All my life, I have to rely on that tattered clothes to shelter me from the wind and rain. In order to raise children and live a woman, I can only do coolies in the hot sun.
The cattle and horses of those rich families are tied to the shade to enjoy the cool and summer, for fear that the cattle will be sunburned by the heat. It is shocking to see that God's people live so hard and miserable, but they are not as good as cattle and horses.
