Wang Shuo, born on August 23, 1958 in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, is a famous contemporary Chinese writer and screenwriter. In 1978, he began to create, and has successively published medium and full-length novels such as "Playing with the Heartbeat", "Looking Beautiful", "Animals are Ferocious", and "The Ignorant are Fearless". He has published "Wang Shuo's Collected Works" and "Wang Shuo's Selected Works", etc. His villainous performance is also deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. His early novels, poems, and literary works were all based on his growing experience in the "Grand Courtyard" of his army. His later novels developed a unique style, with popular and energetic dialogues, and narrative language that was mainly joking and ironic, with a lack of respect for authoritative discourse and knowledge. The elitist stance of the elements was ridiculed, and he later entered the film and television industry. The TV series "Haima Cabaret" and "The Story of the Editorial Department" were both successful. In 2007, Wang Shuo ranked sixth in the "2007 Second Rich List of Chinese Writers" with a royalty income of 5 million yuan, which attracted widespread attention.
The ancestral home is Xiuyan, Liaoning. Shortly after he was born, he followed his parents to a military compound in the suburbs of Beijing. There were people from all over the compound, but no Beijingers. Wang Shuo's understanding is that perhaps few people in Beijing participated in the revolution at that time. Living in a self-isolated compound, Wang Shuo, as a young child, did not know that there were residents in the city and thought that besides shopping malls, it was a park. Wang Shuo grew up in a turbulent era, and Beijing was the center of turmoil in that turbulent era. Wang Shuo's growth experience is actually consistent with the general background of the times. As a child, he was often involved in fights and was even arrested by the police station more than once. After the April 5th Movement, he was imprisoned for three months due to false accusations. After entering middle school, Wang Shuo moved into the city. Under the city roots of Chaoyang Gate, he had direct communication with Beijing's language. Before this, he had little knowledge of Beijing culture, and the language of Beijing was unfamiliar to him. It can be seen that today's Wang Shuo's language has no origin and relationship with "Old Beijing". It is a unique language formed after language exchange with Beijing, and can only be regarded as a branch of New Beijing culture. "Ridicule" has become the biggest feature of Wang Shuo's language. Ridicule itself is a form of language that is neither hard nor soft. This form of language is not so much that Wang Shuo uses it as a tool, but rather that Wang Shuo uses it as a weapon. As an ordinary person, what he faced as a child was not being respected but being violated from time to time. Street gangsters, stern teachers, and overbearing parents can all cause aggression. You can't fight back against this aggression, but you must take a measure of self-protection. Wang Shuo chose to tease, which could not only resolve the insult caused by the other party, but also protect his own dignity. Wang Shuo became a "ruffian" in people's eyes. An instinctive resistance, similar to a child's mischief, but it made adults angry. He graduated from Beijing No. 44 Middle School in 1976 and later joined the North Sea Fleet of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy as a health worker.
