Division of natural segments

A natural segment is what we usually call a "segment". Generally, there are two spaces in front of each natural paragraph, but if the last part of the previous paragraph is a colon, this paragraph is combined with the previous paragraph. Natural paragraphs are long and short, and the short paragraph may have only one word, such as "yes!" ?

This kind of writing often appears in articles of direct dialogue. Compared with logical paragraphs, natural paragraphs refer to "a language unit that can express a complete meaning while changing lines", which is the most basic structural unit of the article.

A natural paragraph refers to a paragraph marked with two spaces at the beginning, and a large paragraph refers to the structural division of this article. A large paragraph can contain one or more natural paragraphs, which are not divided by the author himself, but by the teacher according to the structure of the article to help you understand.

Extended data:

Other styles of natural paragraphs are marked with four points:

1. Poetry is written in units of behavior, so the space of each line cannot be regarded as a section (natural paragraph). Poetry is generally divided into chapters with blank lines, that is, every other sign of behavior, such as tents, fishermen and goldfish stories.

2. Some natural paragraphs are "broken lines" such as quotations or poems, and such natural paragraphs cannot be regarded as two natural paragraphs.

In some articles, dialogues between characters are written in the form of line spacing, such as "promise" and "wish". It stands to reason that the dialogue should be divided into corresponding natural paragraphs, but it is too difficult for primary school students. At the same time, not dividing the dialogue into corresponding natural paragraphs has no influence on the understanding of the article. Therefore, every sentence of this dialogue is generally regarded as a natural paragraph in teaching, which simplifies teaching and has a good effect.

4. I think the natural paragraph numbering of epistolary articles starts with greetings, and the address, signature and date are not numbered, because this is a relatively fixed and unique format of epistolary articles; Greetings and greetings vary from person to person, and their expressions may be different. Sometimes there is not necessarily only one natural segment, but also two or three natural segments or even longer.
