What are the rules of punctuation in modern poetry?

I write some poems myself. I feel that punctuation plays a different role in poetry than in other disciplines. Punctuation is closely related to the rhythm and emotional rhythm of poetry and is an indispensable part of poetry. There should be no rules to follow, which is embellished by the poet with his own creative feelings. If there are rules to follow (rules are rational induction), then it is not a part of poetry, but a symbol to punctuate sentences and explain emotions.
