2. Prayer: There are two ways to pray for yourself: First, in the positive scriptures about people, I am the first person to call myself a prayer; The second is to pray for yourself with a paragraph of verse or a complete text.

Third, intercession: pray for mankind, the country, the landless people, the church, the family, work, life, interpersonal relationships, life, etc. One poem after another, or a poem with complete meaning.

If it is a group prayer reading, in the first way of reading and praying, it belongs to the group simultaneous prayer reading part; In the second mode of chemical prayer and intercession, the reading of prayer is arranged according to the number of people praying in groups, and everyone can be asked to pray with a scripture or a scripture with complete meaning in turn.

1, scripture

Psalm 16

David's stone.

1 God, please protect me, because I take refuge in you. O my soul, you have said to the Lord, You are my Lord, and my benefits are not beyond you. As for the saints in the world, they are beautiful and kind, which is my greatest happiness. Those who take other gods as gifts instead of the Lord will be full of sorrow, and I will not offer their drink offerings. I don't mention the names of other gods.

The Lord is my inheritance and the portion of my cup. You caught me and got it. The boundary measured by rope is located in a beautiful place; My industry is really beautiful.

I will bless the Lord who teaches me, and my heart admonishes me in the night. I have always set the Lord before me, because he is at my right hand, so I will not be shaken. Therefore, my heart rejoices and my spirit rejoices. My body will live in peace. 10 Because you will not leave my soul in the underworld, nor will you let your holy one see the rotten cup. 1 1 You will guide my life. There is contented joy in front of you, and eternal happiness in your right hand.

Step 2 introduce

This is a prayer poem. Believe that God will save you from death. The author of the New Testament thinks it is a "Messiah Psalm" (see the note in section 9). The word "Jinshi" in the caption is ambiguous, but it often appears in the caption of David's poems (56-60), and most scholars think it means "covering up". Because the poet is far from danger.

Step 3 take notes

Verse 4: There is only one God, and he is the only creator. 8: 5-6). The "other gods" in this section refer to false gods. Baal and Dagon, who were worshipped by foreigners in David's time, belong to this place. Today, whatever occupies the position of god in our hearts can be called "other gods", and egoism, hedonism and money worship are all (see 2 Tim. 3: 2, 4).

Section 5: "What's in the cup" is the drink provided by the host for the guests. God gives a cup of blessing and salvation to those who fear God, and a cup of anger to those who are evil. Here is a description of the poet's inheritance to Jehovah (1 1: 6).

Verse 8: "On my right" means to be my protector.

Section 9- 1 1: Acts 2: 25-28, 3 1 and 13: 35 of the New Testament all quote here to explain the resurrection of Christ and declare him to be "the throne of David". In his poems, David tells how he lived a beautiful life because of God's abundant supply, and because of God's protection, death could not take his life. David can have this experience, and so can Jesus Christ, so the apostle Peter pointed out that what the poem said was to predict the resurrection of Christ.

Psalm 16

David's stone.

The first paragraph: chapter 16, 1-4, the poet David stated his trust in God, and listed a positive example (section 3) and a counterexample (section 4).

In the second paragraph: chapter 16, verse 5-6, the poet David praises the inheritance given to him by the Lord. God not only gave this wonderful legacy, but also cared for it.

The Lord is my inheritance and the portion of my cup. You caught me and got it. The boundary measured by rope is located in a beautiful place; My industry is really beautiful.

The third paragraph: Chapter 16, 9- 1 1, the poet David praised God's salvation and blessings.

In short, this poem is divided into three parts: the first part is the poet David stating his trust in God, listing a positive example (section 3) and a negative example (section 4). In the second part, the poet David praises the inheritance that God has given him. God not only gave this wonderful legacy, but also cared for it. The third part is the poet David praising the salvation and blessing of God and the Lord. David, the poet of the whole poem, keeps counting the grace brought by trusting God before him. First of all, I want to talk about trust in God. Then, because of his trust in the poet David, what did God do in the poet's life: blessing, holding, saving and protecting.

Therefore, in this prayer reading, readers can also pray in the following three steps: first, tell about their trust in God. The second is to praise and count God's grace. The third is to praise God's salvation and blessings.

Because of David's trust in God, he has experienced a lot in God. As recorded in Psalm 34: 8, "Taste the grace of the Lord and know that he is good; Blessed are those who take refuge in him! " My heart has been purified again, and my faith in God has been strengthened.
