Dai Shulun's Appreciation of Poetry "Which word is used well?"

Old Friends in Country Inn is a five-character ancient poem by Dai Shulun, a poet in Tang Dynasty. This poem describes an encounter with a fellow villager during detention. The first two couplets are about reuniting with old friends on an autumn night, which fully shows the feelings of surprise and joy. The third part is about the night scene in autumn, which shows the desolation of living in a foreign country. "But passers-by at least have wine and are fearless until the morning bell", and the end of the couplet ends with fear of separation time, which profoundly shows the preciousness of reunion of fellow villagers and the profound friendship. The center of this poem is to write "Old friends get together occasionally", but because the meeting place is in the guest house and everyone is in a foreign land, apart from the joy of reunion, it is more a lament about the journey.

The first pair of couplets and parallel couplets are written about meeting, and the time and place of meeting are explained. The first pair of couplets is a word "Man", which describes the shape of the autumn moon. It's really rare to get together unexpectedly. The poet is away from home, and occasionally meets his fellow villagers, but he suspects that he is dreaming. These two sentences fully expressed the poet's surprise.

Cervical joint and caudal joint injuries are separate. The word "autumn" is closely surrounded by the necklaces, and the branches are swaying in the autumn wind, which alarmed the birds and magpies that inhabit; The frost dew in autumn is heavy, covering the cold insects whimpering in the deep grass, and the chill and chill of autumn can be felt everywhere. While rendering the atmosphere, it also highlights the sadness of the poet's life in a foreign country, as well as the pain of wandering life and the ups and downs of his career. The poet borrowed allusions from Cao Cao's short songs to write about his departure from his old friends. Their life in a foreign land was miserable, and it was not easy to meet each other, so they got together for a drink and talked all night. Finally, the poet was afraid of breaking up at dawn, which fully showed the poet's cherish of reunion with his fellow villagers and their deep friendship. The last sentence has long artistic conception, short words and long feelings.

The first couplet of this poem explains the time (autumn night) and place (Chang 'an). The doubts in the happy couplet are a dream meeting, and the words "return to work" and "doubts" are vivid and vivid, showing the poet's miserable mood. Necklace couplets describe the bleak scene of the autumn moon, using Cao Cao's "Short Songs": "The moon stars are sparse, blackbirds fly south and circle the tree three times. What can we rely on? " , profound meaning, showing the bitterness of the poet's guest residence. The words "long" and "fear" in the couplet "but the traveler at least has wine and is fearless until the morning bell" are used properly. The word "long" means that I would rather be drunk than wake up. Only in this way can we forget the pain and show the poet's wandering pain. The word "afraid" means afraid of hearing the bell, which means that the poet is afraid of the short night and dawn, and expresses the poet's mood of saying goodbye to his friends. The whole poem is concise in language, distinct in layers, neat in antithesis, and beautiful in meaning by combining scenes.
