Sam 30:23-25

David said, Brothers, don't hide from them what the Lord has given us. For he blessed us and delivered our enemies into our hands. Who will obey you in this matter? Those who fight take as much as those who guard the equipment. We should share it equally. David made it a statute and an ordinance for Israel from that day until today.

think deeply

What do we not get from the Lord? What haven't we got from the Lord?

In the spiritual war, in the unprecedented spiritual war, the gift and leadership of the Lord to everyone who belongs to him are different between different churches and even within the same church. There are always people going to the front to kill the enemy, and there are always people guarding weapons. Some people are in charge of the front line, some are in charge of logistics, and some are in charge of hospitals.

The principle given to us by the Lord is that those who fight and those who guard the equipment should share equally.

Those brothers and sisters who were sent to the front by the Lord in the spiritual war need to pay attention: your reward should become the spiritual wealth of the whole church and be shared with other members. If no one takes good care of your family, how can you walk quietly into the high wall and enjoy the rest given by the Lord? Without the intercession and support of many limbs, how can you rest assured of the battered church?

Those brothers and sisters who were left behind by the Lord in the spiritual war need to pay attention: to bravely bring home all the spiritual wealth given by the Lord in this war, you are not bystanders, but are given different responsibilities by the Lord. Don't feel guilty about not being on the front line, just prepare yourself at all times. If it's your turn to play next time, go bravely! In any case, you are fighting the same battle, and the Lord is the marshal of this army. Therefore, don't let the brothers who participated in the war get spiritual rewards alone. Spiritual peace, heavenly joy and the growth of life should be shared equally.

Qian Lin 10: 12- 13

Therefore, people who think they stand firm should be careful not to fall. The temptation you have encountered is beyond human capacity. God is faithful and will not tempt you more than you can bear. When I am tempted, I will always open a way for you to bear.

think deeply

He who thinks he is standing firm must be careful not to fall. Those who think they are weak need to be strong in the grace of the Lord so as not to miss the wonderful opportunity given by the Lord to win the war.

No matter how you evaluate yourself, in the face of war and temptation, our focus is not on our own performance, but on believing that "God is faithful". Don't look at yourself, look at Christ.

Who is measuring the extent of our persecution? It is the Lord who loves us to the end!

Knowing that the Lord is ultimately responsible for you, you only need to rely on him wholeheartedly, agree with him in everything, and rely on him wholeheartedly, not on your own wisdom, not on your own planning. God will guide us and he will open a way out for us.

Where is the road? The road is with Christ! We just need to carry our own cross and follow him!

Knot 8: 15

He said to me, son of man, what do you see? You will see more abominations than this.

think deeply

What crime did God hate the most?

The answer is clear: idolatry.

Calvin said that the human heart is an idol and a factory.

Who can really stay away from idols, love the Lord wholeheartedly and serve the one true God wholeheartedly?

Of all mankind, what makes God most angry is that the person he chose betrayed him and served the false gods.

Pastor Wang said that there are two kinds of idolatry, one is idolatry, and the other is idolatry to the true god. This second idolatry is particularly worthy of our vigilance.

When people in northern Israel worship the golden calf made by Jeroboam, do they really worship the "bull god" like people in pagan countries? Don't! They think they worship the only true god. Even their religious feelings are more enthusiastic than those who worship God in the temple.

Today, there is a very urgent and real danger, that is, some people will change the way of serving and worshiping God stipulated in the Bible under pressure; Or compromise and reconcile biblical worship and service with other artificial rules and requirements.

Some people will say, anyway, we just have to believe in God.

Be careful! Jeroboam and the people in the north did not listen to the prophet and thought they believed in God. Over the past two thousand years, many people who think they are sincere and enthusiastic have worshipped the one true God by idolatry.

And this is extremely hateful to God!
