Thin horse map
Song? Gong kai
When the sky falls from the clouds,
When you're free, you'll have twelve.
Who pities bones today,
The sunset is like a mountain on the beach.
Appreciation: This poem uses the method of contrast. The first two sentences say, "When the sky passes through the clouds, the sky is empty, and the twelve idle days begin", which shows that it is a swift horse with extraordinary ability. "Flying through the sky" means making great achievements, and "Twelve Idle Days" is a royal stable, which means that it used to be a noble royal horse. The last two sentences turn to the present situation, "Who pity who is skinny today, and the sunset is like a mountain on the beach?" After the war, the former war horse was no longer loved by people, and it was stranded in the desert and scrawny. The author uses "the first dynasty" and "the present" to compare before and after, and parting is also contained in it.
The poet expressed his indignation at similar phenomena of state affairs through the description of the thin horse and the comparison between the past and the present of the fine horse, and also expressed his sadness at seeing the thin horse and the old horse and thinking of the ruin of the country after the war.
