(2) Please write clearly the fixed mailing address, postal code and author's name in block letters for all submissions. An author who intends to publish a work under a pseudonym must indicate his real name (consistent with his physical certificate) at the end of the manuscript, so as to facilitate mailing a sample publication and collecting the manuscript fee after the publication of the work.
(3) If the notice of publication decision is not received within three months from the date of publication of the manuscript, the manuscript can be handled by itself. In the meantime, please don't contribute two articles.
