5 simple steps to happiness.

5 simple steps to happiness.

5 simple steps to make you happy. Have you ever heard of them? Happiness is to be created by yourself. Many people's happiness is accumulated through small things, but happiness and happiness coexist. I hope the following five simple steps can help you move towards happiness!

Five simple steps to happiness 1 happiness-often elusive, but it is a state that we all yearn for very much.

The only reason why we are unhappy is that our life can't always be as magical as we imagined in our minds. Millions of years after the formation of the universe, the earth appeared, and then evolved from apes to us. Our sperm had to undergo fierce competition to become a winner in a million. Life is a miracle, and our existence is the reason for happiness.

I know that just thinking without creating is not the practical way for us to get happiness. Of course, I am also very practical. Besides learning the ability to change my happiness at any time, there are other things that can make me happy.

"Happiness is created by the process you experience. No matter what your current situation is, you must learn to choose to enjoy what you have now and be the best yourself. "

1. Define happiness

In order to get the above definition, I interviewed nearly 100 people, which I called "happiness plan". I have read many books about happiness and participated in many seminars on improving happiness. The happiness you see now may be simple, but you have to ask yourself a question-are you tracking and continuing it?

2. Live in the moment

Always living in the present and feeling what you can feel, whether you see, hear or do, will give you a pleasant feeling. In our fast-paced society, we often let ourselves think about the future or recall the past, but only the present is the medicine of happiness, which makes us feel refreshed about change.

Step 3 improve yourself

You may not know that in order to survive, sharks must keep moving forward and circulate water through their gills. They even move on in their sleep. For example, we humans have similar problems, so if we don't advance physically and mentally, we will become weak, stupid or directly destroyed. Therefore, the most important responsibility for yourself is to improve and upgrade.

Step 4 be responsible

"I don't need to answer anyone." -Have you ever heard someone say that proudly? This may be true. Maybe some people just need to be responsible for themselves, but this is not necessarily the best way to live. When you make yourself responsible for others, tell them your goals and wishes, and to some extent, they will control you ideologically, that is, you will ensure that you can do things better because they are under pressure. This will enable you to achieve your goals more effectively, enhance your self-esteem and feel happy and happy because of your achievements.

Don't stop, just do it.

If you keep thinking about what will make you happy in the future, you will gradually have the habit of trying to deepen your self-happiness. If you want to do something, do it at once, work hard and don't stop. On the contrary, if you are satisfied with your present situation, you will be happy no matter what events or places.

"When you try to stay happy, maybe you are also responsible for the current unhappiness."

5 simple steps to happiness 2 What is success? What is success? Some people violate the law and endanger society in pursuit of money; Some people are exhausted in pursuit of their careers, their families are not harmonious, and even die young; Some people cling to power and lose their id in order to pursue fame and gain. In my opinion, this is not a real success; The real success should be to improve the quality of life of yourself and others and make yourself and others feel happy through unremitting struggle while benefiting the society. I have learned "Youth Career Management" and have a lot of feelings. In my opinion, the essence of this course is to guide young people to manage scientifically and plan a successful life. After learning this course, my biggest gain is to further clarify a life topic:

Setting appropriate goals is the first cornerstone of success. The goal is the forerunner of action. Setting goals should be neither short-sighted nor ambitious, but realistic. I heard a story that a famous marathon runner observed the whole race route before taking part in the race, and set a number of landmark references as small goals along the way. In the competition, every time he completes a small goal, he will be full of joy and strength, looking forward to completing the next goal, running faster and faster, and finally winning the championship. In fact, life is a marathon, and everyone has started this journey since the day they were born. Every milestone on the journey is the goal of every stage of life and the mark of life growth, and the end of marathon is the ultimate goal of life. This tells us that if a person only has the ultimate goal, but has no daily goal, short-term goal, medium-term goal and the main goal of life in each period, his life will easily run into the desert, and gradually he will not find the future road, let alone the future road.

In fact, the process of setting and adjusting goals is also a process of constant self-awareness. There is the most difficult book to read in the world, and this book is myself. Thousands of years ago, the ancient Greeks regarded "knowing yourself" as the ultimate proposition of life, but now most people still find it difficult to answer such propositions as "Who am I" and "What do I want", so that we are often not sure about the goals that really suit us. I am a young man with goals. When I set my goals, I set myself two "doing nothing": not going with the flow and going against my heart; Don't be divorced from reality, the goal is too high. When I was a child, I had many frivolous dreams: to be a soldier, to be the general manager of a big enterprise, to be an excellent basketball player, and so on. As I grew older, I changed all my previous thoughts when I really understood my physical condition, specialties and hobbies. Especially the extraordinary years of college entrance examination two years ago made me realize that the disabled, a vulnerable group, is one of the most needy groups in society; In order to fundamentally improve the quality of life of the disabled, the most important thing is to let more disabled people receive education. As the lucky one among thousands of disabled people, I decided to do something for the education of disabled people from then on. Since I entered the university, the academic atmosphere of the university has intoxicated me with the world of theoretical thinking, and also made me realize more clearly that with my current physical condition, I can't run around for affairs all day like others, but wandering in the arms of books, concentrating on my studies and taking my thoughts far away with colorful and profound words is my most competent job with the smallest gap with healthy people. At present, in China, the academic research on the disabled and their career is still far from perfect, and the theoretical system on the survival, development, needs and values of the disabled is still blank.

Therefore, I hope that in the future, with my theoretical knowledge and personal experience, I will contribute to the theoretical research of the disabled. In order to realize this ideal, from now on, I will seize every opportunity to keep learning, broaden my horizons and improve my theoretical level and cognitive ability. No matter what I do in the future, I will try my best to make disabled people live a better life. The teacher once made an assumption for us in class: What do we want future generations to say about our life after one hundred years? I don't expect too much. If someone says what I have done for the disabled, it will be the greatest reward for me. My favorite sentence is "having a dragon in my heart is both a kind of torture and a kind of happiness." I understand that the "dragon" here is the ideal and goal of human beings; I also know that I am destined to suffer "torture", but I want this kind of "torture", because I already have a dragon in my heart, which is clearly visible, and it will be the happiness of my life to fight for it. Maintaining a positive attitude is the second cornerstone of success. After the goal is determined, a positive attitude is very important. Napoleon Hill, the master of success, said: A positive attitude is the health and nutrition of the mind. Such a mind can attract wealth, success, happiness and good health.

What kind of mentality is positive? I summed up three points according to my own personal experience: First, I love life, cherish life and be a singer of life. I am a disabled person, and my disability has certainly brought a lot of inconvenience to my life, making my road to success full of thorns, which can be described as the misfortune of life. But now I have learned to be "calm" in the face of this misfortune, face the disability, face the pain and face the hardships of life. Now, I can regard "disability" as a gift of life, and even thank this wonderful "gift". If there is no disability, how can we appreciate a special life training? How can we feel the deep concern from relatives, friends and society? In a sense,' disability' is a different kind of wealth in my life, which makes me look at life from more angles, think about society and realize life. Mr. Bing Xin said: "We should thank life when we are happy, and we should also thank life when we are in pain." Because life makes us feel joys and sorrows, experience ups and downs, nothing gives more than life; Only by loving and cherishing life can we set goals and create a better life. We should always thank life, praise life and be singers of life. Second, be more frustrated and brave, and be a strong man in life. The journey of life is a journey of constantly overcoming setbacks, and everyone will encounter setbacks. The biggest difference between successful people and mediocre people is that successful people can face setbacks calmly and overcome them bravely, so as to enjoy the wonderful life; And mediocre people cringe in the face of setbacks, live in chaos and become "victims" of setbacks. As a young man with ideals, since I want to accept everything that life has given me, I must accept the challenge of setbacks and be a strong man in life. The third is to get rid of trivial entanglements and be a wise man of life. In real life, there are always many things that can't be fulfilled: the criticism of leaders, the misunderstanding of friends, and the existence of various immoral and irregular phenomena in society ... are far from our ideal harmonious society, which makes people feel pessimistic and world-weary, blindly denying reality, denying others, and even denying themselves, so that they can't control their own lives. At that time, Zheng Banqiao's "puzzle" revealed all kinds of tastes in the world, which was actually a way to get rid of troubles; A few days ago, I read the secret of longevity of more than a dozen energetic centenarians and deeply understood the connotation of the word "tolerance". A wise man in life should know the society dialectically, be open-minded, inclusive, humble and firm, enjoy life wholeheartedly and happily. Managing time scientifically is the third cornerstone of success.

After setting a goal, the most important thing is to turn it into reality. It takes a process to turn the goal into reality: only by achieving the daily goal can we achieve the short-term, medium-term and long-term goals and finally achieve the ultimate goal. This requires us to start from every day, every hour and every minute, and every little makes a mickle, because everything we do needs time as a guarantee. British biologist Huxley said: "time is the most unbiased, 24 hours for anyone;" Time is also the most private, not anyone's 24 hours. " How to release the maximum productivity in these 24 hours is the key to success. There are many ways to manage time scientifically, three of which I admire most and which I think must be strengthened: First, finish what you can do today. This is a famous saying in front of the library of Harvard University, which has guided thousands of Harvard students to success. "Today's work" is the foundation of one's success. Only by achieving today's goals can we look forward to tomorrow's goals and then rush to a farther future. Seeking truth from facts, "what can be done today, what can be done today" is the most difficult principle for me to adhere to. On the one hand, I expect too much from myself every day, on the other hand, I always expect to "remedy" from tomorrow. Do you know that "tomorrow is tomorrow after tomorrow, and there are so many tomorrows"? In learning, we often "abandon ourselves", which not only violates the law of learning, but also often affects our daily life. In the days to come, I must further concretize all kinds of goals, so as to be fresh and diligent, and strive to achieve a double harvest of learning progress and good health. The second is to be able to stand loneliness when doing anything. Enduring loneliness is the foundation of effective time management. Loneliness is the last thing human beings like. However, in contemporary society, the world has never been so colorful as it is today, people's freshness to this world has never been so enhanced, and this society has never tested people's ability to withstand loneliness like today. Many people have lost themselves and can't settle down to study and work. The competition in today's society is the competition of personal comprehensive quality, and this comprehensive quality can only be continuously improved and improved through long-term lonely study and work. If you want to make a difference in society, you must bravely bear the test of foreign things on your mind, manage your time and mind well, endure loneliness, eliminate interference, refuse temptation, and never give up until you finish your scheduled goal. The third is to prioritize things, do the most important things within a limited time, and do the most efficient things within the specified time. There is no limit to what you can do and learn in your life, but your time is extremely limited.

Therefore, we should always realize our main goals and central tasks in different periods and then make scientific plans. For example, some students want to take the postgraduate entrance examination, so the main goal of this period is to be admitted to the graduate students of the ideal university. This requires you to eliminate interference, put the most precious time on achieving this main goal, and ensure the realization of the phased goals with effective time. Please remember Hegel's sentence: "A person who is determined to achieve great things must know how to limit himself, just as Goethe said. On the contrary, people who want to do everything can't do anything and will eventually fail. " Perseverance and unremitting struggle are the fourth cornerstone of success. Whether it is a suitable goal, a positive attitude or an effective time management, there must be unremitting struggle throughout, which is the cornerstone of the "cornerstone". Without this "cornerstone", all of the above is meaningless. Needless to say, "struggle" is the only way for every successful person, and "doing more" and "overcoming several setbacks" are all necessary conditions for success. I want to focus on "perseverance" here. Many people have had goals and struggles, but quite a few people have failed because they have not "persistently struggled". Sometimes the boundary between winners and mediocre people lies in "extra persistence" The ancients said, "Those who are good at the beginning will recover, and those who can win the end will be few." Among all sentient beings, some are talented and well-off, but those who succeed in the end are always "persistent". Einstein's success is 99% sweat, and Lu Xun's fame in the world depends on manuscripts of the same size. Zhang Haidi has changed from a paraplegic to a model of the disabled in China and a leader in the cause of the disabled. Helen Keller grew into a world-famous writer and speaker from an environment without light, sound and language. Qian Xuesen and Ji Xianlin won the praise of "masters" with their life-long accumulation-the successful people through the ages are persistent. I am a person with ordinary talent and limited body, but I firmly believe that heaven rewards hard work and makes contributions. As long as I keep trying to improve myself, the door to success will eventually open to me. Where there is a will, there is a way; Burn one's bridges, 102 Qin Guan will end in Chu; Hard work pays off; Another 3,000 pieces of armor can swallow Wu. Let's set foot on these four cornerstones, move towards hope, the future and success.
