Original poem:
Wuzhong's advantage is Suzhou, but it is a victory trip for Wang Cheng. Three rivers and five lakes in half a life, four gardens and flowers in ten years.
Everyone knows the willows on the shore, but now the clouds are bitter. Don't complain that the ship has no fixed place. This body is a ship.
Translation:
The most beautiful place in Jiangnan is Suzhou, but I can indulge in traveling for the king. In my half life, I have traveled all over the three rivers and five lakes by boat and docked in Baihuazhou four times in ten years. Know each other with the willows on the shore. The Yunshan in front of me persistently retained me. Don't blame this lonely boat for drifting. I am a lonely boat myself.
2. "Little red lips, pregnant Suzhou"
Origin: [Song Dynasty] Wu Wenying
Original poem:
The moonlight is boundless, and the night should shine on Nanqiao Road. Sleepwalking in familiar places. A pillow crying autumn rain. Unfortunately, I don't live in Wucheng. Heart failure. These geese will leave in autumn. The sky is far away and the mountains are dusk.
Translation:
The broad bright moon should also shine on Nanqiao Road around Suzhou's old house. In my dream, I excitedly visited the familiar Suzhou South Bridge. When I woke up, I was in a foreign land, and tears soaked my pillow like autumn rain. I lament that I can't live in Suzhou all my life, and many things can't be as I wish. Looking at the autumn sky, the wild geese flew away with bleak autumn, and the distant green hills had sunk into dusk.
3. Suzhou
Origin: [Song Dynasty] Su Shunqin
Original poem:
The east exit is bright, and the rain is clearer. Populus euphratica egrets are complacent and have feelings of being close to water and distant mountains.
Everything rises and falls by providence, and everything is bitter and vulgar. There is no way to live in infinite beauty, and it is ok to travel in the twilight zone.
Translation:
The scenery of Panmen in the east is particularly clear, and a rustling drizzle changed the weather. The egrets in Green Yang Yiyi are very happy, and the nearby water and the distant mountains are full of feelings. Everything in the world has its ups and downs, which are all done by providence. I sigh that I have suffered a lot, but I am looked down upon by ordinary people. Unfortunately, this infinite beauty can't stay, and the passenger ship is still rushing forward at dusk.
4. Nostalgia in Suzhou
Origin: [Song Dynasty] Jiang Kui
Original poem:
The night is dark, clouds surround the teeth, and Jiang Hanxing's shadow heron sleeps on the beach.
Pedestrians looked down at the Sutai stream and once swept away the flowers with the prince of Wu.
Translation:
In the dark night, pieces of clouds quickly passed by the boat. Clear river, flowing quietly; The stars in the sky are rippling and shining in the water waves. The egrets on the beach have fallen asleep, and there is no sound. I looked at Gusutai silently, a little disappointed: How many years has that charming willow tree gone through? It used to sweep the petals that fell to the ground for the prince of Wu with drooping thin strips.
5. Night parking near Fengqiao
Source: [Tang Dynasty] Zhang Ji
Original poem:
Crows fell on the moon, crowed coldly, slept on maple trees, and slept in fishing lanes by the river.
In the lonely Hanshan Temple outside Suzhou, the bell that rang in the middle of the night reached the passenger ship.
Translation:
The moon has set, crows crow all over the sky, the maple trees on the river and the fishing fires on the boat make it difficult for me to sleep alone. In Hanshan Temple outside Gusu City, the bell ringing in the middle of the night reached my passenger ship.
