Second, the writing background

This poem was written in the early 1920s. At this time, the wave of the May 4th Movement has subsided, and the era of the Great Revolution has not yet arrived. China, a semi-colonial feudal country, is still being suffocated by imperialist powers and warlords of various factions. Faced with this reality, the poet felt disappointed and miserable. He hates the dark reality and yearns for a bright future. Inspired by the brilliant starry sky, I wrote this famous romantic poem Market in the Sky.

In the two years of 192 1 and 1922, Guo Moruo returned to China three times. At this time, the climax of the May 4th Movement has passed, and China is in a period of melee among northern warlords. Facing the semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, it is as cold as iron! Black as paint! Guo Moruo felt great anger at the dark reality that stinks like blood. His poetry collection "Starry Sky" created during this period expressed this kind of thought and feeling. For example, in Looking Up, he wrote: "Shanghai's dirty head, clean existence, only green sky and sea!" "Mourning of the Yellow Sea" wrote: "The waves are turbid, salty and smelly. The sinister wind and waves have not been quiet for a moment, and the turbulent turbid waves have already dyed my heart. How long will it take me to wake up! " During the high tide of the May 4th Movement, his longing for the motherland was suddenly shattered, and the poet's excitement once fell into depression and sadness, but he was not pessimistic and disappointed, and he continued to explore and pursue tirelessly. He wrote in "Poetry for the Starry Sky": "Ah, twinkling stars! You have some bright red blood stains and some clear tears-how much deep depression is hidden in your poor light! " It was during this period that 192 1 10/24 October that the author wrote The Market in the Sky, which was first published in 1922 "Creation" quarterly, vol. 1.

Third, writing.

Athena Chu:

Vague (piāo? miǎo)? Wandering around (xián)? Every other week (gé) or even (shèn)

Explanation:

Vague: describe vaguely, if there is, if not.

Show: Show things to people.

Rare thing: something rare and precious.

Leisure: Go out for a walk or stroll in your spare time. ?

Fourth, the structural level.

The market in the sky is divided into three parts:

The first floor (1): depicts the street lamps on the ground and the stars in the sky.

The second layer (2): Write the imaginary market in the sky.

The third layer (3, 4): Write about the happy life of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl.

Text analysis of verb (abbreviation of verb)

Discuss and learn the first poem.

1.? The teacher simulated the first part.

2. What does "The Street Lights in the Distance are Clear" tell us?

? It means it's night, and it's already dark.

3.? Facing the night, what did the poet see?

? -Looking up from afar, I saw countless street lamps dotted in the dark sky, like countless stars in the night sky, looking up at the starry sky, and countless stars are like countless street lamps on the ground. In this section, the poet compares "street lamp" to "star", and "star" to "street lamp", from near to far, and then from far to near, forming a cyclical poetic beauty.

Association is used in two places in this poem. Please find out and think about the characteristics of association.

? -Two associations: street lamps.-Stars? Starlight street lamp

? The so-called association is the psychological process of thinking of another related thing from one thing.

Discuss and study the second section.

1. Please read the second section separately.

2. Association is a psychological process from one thing to another. There is a causal relationship or similar relationship between two things, such as "street lamp" and "star". So what is imagination? Did you use imagination in the second quarter?

? -Make people think that there are lights in the streets and stars with similar lights in the sky, and then creatively think that there should be "beautiful markets" in the sky and exotic "objects" in the markets. This is imagination. The so-called imagination is the process of creating a new image on the basis of the original perceptual image.

3. How does the author describe his imagination?

? -The poet uses "beauty" to describe the market, "rarity" to describe the goods, and "display" to illustrate the types of goods.

4. What is the tone when the author tries to describe these scenes?

-I'm pretty sure. It can be seen from the word "affirmation".

5. What kind of feelings does the author reveal in this writing?

The sky is so prosperous and rich, life in the sky is of course extremely beautiful and happy. Between the lines, the poet's longing for this beautiful and happy life is revealed.

Discuss and study the third section.

1. Ask a classmate to read the third section aloud.

2. If paragraphs 1 and 2 in the poem describe the static scenery in the poet's imagination, what does the poet describe in the imaginative third paragraph?

The poet thought from the "beautiful market" and "rare objects" that there should be people and people's activities in the street. This "person" is the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, and then describes the dynamic scenery.

3. What is the fate of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl? How is it different from the legendary story?

-The legendary Cowherd and Weaver Girl are not free. They are under the despotic rule of the heavenly queen. The poet boldly transformed this folk story according to his own wishes and ideals. In this poem, the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl were liberated and they lived a free and happy life. They come and go on cattle. They live in a free world.

4. Is the poet's imagination reasonable? Why did he make such a transformation?

-The poet's imagination is reasonable. He imagined it according to the stars, because the faint milky way looks really shallow and not very wide. The author writes this way to express his ideals, his feelings, his resistance to the oppression of the dark forces and his yearning for a free and happy life.

Discuss and study the fourth section.

1. Ask a classmate to read the fourth section aloud.

2. What is this section about?

-Write the Cowherd and the Weaver Maid strolling in Tianjie with lanterns.

3. Can the word "wandering" in this section be interchanged with the word "walking back and forth" in the previous section?

? -No, "back and forth" means that the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl rode an ox and carved a shallow Tianhe to meet the Weaver Girl. But walking leisurely in Tianjie can only be described as "leisurely walking", emphasizing "leisure".

There is a quantifier in this poem that is very unique. Please find it.

-"Flowers"

? Isn't it more popular to change it to "one"

-the word "flower" shows the beauty of a meteor like a flower, which complements the beautiful life of the cowherd and the weaver girl.

Summarize and analyze the whole poem.

1. How did this poem gradually expand its association and imagination?

2. The unfolding process is: street lamp (star)-market-commodity-people-life.

This poem has both realism and imagination. Please find out and understand their respective roles in the poem.

? -the first section is reality, and the last three sections are imagination. Realism paves the way for imagination, which expresses yearning for a better ideal realm.

When the author imagines, he uses many extremely positive words such as "there must be", "there must be", "there must be" and "yes". What does this mean? Please think according to the background of the times and the characteristics of the poet's personality, temperament and poetic style.

-shows that the author firmly believes that such an ideal world exists and is full of confidence in a bright future.

Sixth, expand and extend.

A starry night

Published in 1923, * * wrote 34 poems, ranging from1921/kloc-0 to 1922 12. At this time, the new culture camp was divided and the revolution temporarily entered a low tide period. Guo Moruo is falling into loneliness and hesitation. In the preface, the idealized rebellious self-image of the goddess who swallowed the sun and the moon has become a wild goose with an arrow in it, a wounded soldier, lying on this vast battlefield. Guo Moruo returned to China several times, hoping to see a new life in the motherland, but the climax of the May 4th Movement has passed and the country is still in darkness. He has a deeper hatred, dissatisfaction and helplessness for reality; Had to go to the natural or surreal fantasy realm to find temporary relief and comfort. He no longer praised the radiant sun, but looked up at the stars. He no longer wants to kiss Mother Earth barefoot forever, but envies the streets in the sky.
