Why are there no begonia in Du Fu's poems?

Du Fu, known as a poet saint, wrote nearly 3,000 poems in his life, of which 1400 was handed down. From military war to daily social customs, from the change of seasons, small scenes in the fields to all kinds of flowers and animals, there are hymns wherever they meet. Since Gan Yuan was two years old, he lived in Sichuan for more than five years, and wrote a lot of pastoral poems, but none of them involved Haitang. Su Dongpo said: "The young tomb quoted poems, but I didn't intend to give Haitang." Why didn't Du Fu write Haitang poems? Later generations have talked about this. I have regrets about Haitang. For example, Zheng Gu said in a poem chanting Haitang: "Huanhuaxi is melancholy, and Zimei has no intention to carry forward." Wu Zhongxia said: "Zi Mei's poems are still being written, and she is still lonely in Miancheng." Shi Manqing even compared it with Xue Tao's poems and said, "What's the difference between Du Fu's poems and Xue Neng's?" Some people think that Du Fu wrote begonia poems only after seeing begonia flowers. For example, Yang Wanli, a poet in the Song Dynasty, said, "Is it that Shaoling has no words and Shaoling has no desires?" It's a pity to say sorry, but it's obviously not true that Du Fu has lived in Sichuan, where Haitang is famous, for many years and has never seen Haitang. Then, why didn't Du Fu write Haitang poems? It is recorded in ancient and modern poems: "Du Zimei's mother's name is Haitang, and her son is beautiful and taboo, so there is no Haitang poem in Du Ji." This is the crux of the problem. In ancient times, children could not call their parents by their first names, otherwise it would be unfilial. Du Fu didn't recite begonia poems because he avoided his mother's taboo. Just as he avoids the taboo of his father's name, there is no word "leisure" in his poems.

In order to avoid the taboo of mother's name, there are records in ancient and modern poems: "Du Zimei's mother's name is Haitang, and her son is beautiful, so there is no Haitang poem in Du Ji."
