Confucius

Life:

(September 28th, 55 1 year to April 28th, 479) Zi's surname, taking Kong as his surname, was Qiu, a native of Lu in the Spring and Autumn Period. He was a great writer, thinker, politician, educator, social activist, ancient literature collator and founder of Confucianism in ancient China. Thought:

Politics: Its core is "courtesy" and "benevolence". In the general plan of governing the country, he advocated "governing the country by virtue", which is the noblest way to govern the country. This strategy of governing the country is also called "rule by virtue" or "rule by courtesy".

Economy: Confucius' most important economic thoughts are emphasizing righteousness over profit, "seeing righteousness" and "enriching the people".
