What does the second sentence of Chizhou Cuiwei Pavilion poem describe?

Yue Fei rode his horse to Cuiwei Pavilion to find beautiful scenery.

In the spring of the ninth year of Shaoxing (1 140), under the command of Zhao Gou and Qin Gui returning home with gold medals, the Southern Song Dynasty had no choice but to stop fighting against the Jin Army, and Yue Fei sighed across the river. That night, Yue Fei got on the horse and came to Cuiweige in Chizhou (now Guichi, Anhui) to relieve his worries! On the way home, I wrote a poem "Chizhou Cuiwei Pavilion".

Is it Yue Fei's Chizhou Cuiwei Pavilion? The whole poem is: the years are dusty and full of clothes, riding to the Cuiwei Pavilion to find beautiful scenery.

The mountains and rivers haven't enjoyed themselves yet, and the sound of hooves has urged me to return quickly.
