192 1 March, Hu Shi was invited to give a speech in Xiangshan, and Xiong Xiling, the former prime minister of the Republic of China, gave him a pot of orchids. Hu Shi took it home and took good care of it until autumn. Hu Shi had some regrets in his heart, so he wrote the song Hope.
Later, after Taiwan Province Chen Xiande and Zhang Bi composed music, they changed the name of the song to Orchid, which became a famous campus song and also the masterpiece of female singer Yin Xia. Later, most of the versions heard in mainland China were sung by Steven Liu.
