It's hard to be childlike.
A poet is a man who never loses his childlike innocence. Therefore, being born in the palace and growing up in the hands of women is the weakness of the late master as a gentleman, which is also the strength of the poet.
It is pure.
It is purely emotional, and feelings are expressed in words.
This touched the words of the world's late masters, and Wang Guowei thought that all his words were full of a pure heart.
Childlike heart is childlike heart.
"Absolute false purity, the initial heart of the first thought." This is the definition of childlike innocence in Li Zhuowu's Childlike Heart. Just tell the truth, children's words are unscrupulous, and expose yourself frankly. This is the childlike innocence defined by Wang Guowei as a poet.
Li Yusheng was born in the palace and grew up in the hands of women. As a monarch, he is the center of all power interests and should be familiar with politics. But because he was born in the palace, he was longer than a woman and was not deeply involved. It is precisely because of this growing environment that Li Yu was not influenced by the secular world and was able to show his innocence and beauty in his poems.
Therefore, being born in the palace and growing up in the hands of women is his shortcoming as a monarch, but it just makes him a good poet.
Born in a palace, you must be rich and powerful, and you can get whatever you want. The prosperity of the emperor's family taught him not to know the hardships of life, and he did not need to involve the world or the hardships of interests at all. Everything is natural, everything is his. Even so, like Jia Baoyu, his heart is extremely clean, and he has deeply experienced himself and the surrounding environment. In his speech, he spoke frankly about his sadness, joy and purity. After the national subjugation, as a prisoner of his own dynasty, his feelings became turbulent with the change of fate, and such feelings were more of a natural state. This is also the shock of Li Houzhu's ci, and also because of his childlike innocence.
The innocence of a pure heart, in which the "truth" is actually reflected in Wang Guowei, is probably one of the reasons why he values Li Yu. When commenting on A Dream of Red Mansions, he once said: "Aestheticism is a thing that has nothing to do with our interests; When we look at beauty, we don't know that we have our own interests. " The meaning of this quotation is: good things will not be associated with our interests; When we appreciate beauty, it is not because these things are related to our own interests. Emphasize that aesthetics and creation are pure and true things. Schopenhauer said that poets are all big children, and the similarities between genius and children are "mainly manifested in innocence and lofty simplicity".
A pure heart looks at things with a natural eye, intuitively feels the world, and then expresses it in a literary way. As the saying goes: "Ingenious writing can express its endless feelings very naturally, and hope is tantamount to real exposure." We can see from China's ancient poem Grass by the Green River (19-2):
The flight of pigeons
Grass by the green river and willow in the dark garden. Yingying is a woman upstairs with eyes as bright as windows. Moth powder makeup, delicate hands. I used to be a prostitute, but now I'm a slut. It's hard to stay in an empty bed without going home.
From the original meaning of the word, it is an extremely * * * poem, but it is deeply loved by many people because it contains a pure heart and is a kind of "true" temperament.
"Grass by the green river, willow in the dark garden." The first sentence is the breath of spring, the grass by the river and the green willows in the garden. I don't know why many poems love to use images like "grass" and "green willow" when writing about spring. Maybe "grass" comes out in spring and comes out with feelings. As the season turns from cold to warm, it is called "grass", and "green" and "love" are homophonic. And "green willow" is also a kind of plant that will germinate with spring, and the words "willow" and "stay" are also homophonic. The meaning is self-evident.
"Yingying is the woman upstairs. She is the window." On such a spring day, there was a young woman with light footsteps and white skin, but she was trapped in the attic because of missing, leaning against the window and eager to put it on.
"Moth moth pink makeup, delicate hands." Carefully decorated makeup, like a pink bride, puts her hands out of the window, as if looking for something in these hands. What are you looking for? This infinite tenderness. A woman who longs for spring is outlined.
"I used to be a prostitute, but now I'm a slut." It can be seen from this sentence that the woman waiting by the window used to be a fireworks woman, but now she is married to another woman.
"If you don't go back, it's hard to keep an empty bed alone." This sentence completely answers the answer of the previous sentence "moth powder makeup, fine fiber as plain hand" Because married people don't go home for a long time, it's unbearable to be lonely, and it's not easy to have an empty bed alone.
From such a poem, this open window, this moth's red makeup, this pair of delicate hands sticking out of the window, and this bed that has been empty for a long time.
It seems that between the lines, we can read a dangerous smell, such as a woman's waiting, a man who meets a woman waiting, a passer-by who looks up at the spring scenery in a hurry, and so on. But the author didn't tell us directly what would happen here. Is it an affair? Or this woman who married someone else's wife after marriage, waiting to see through the autumn waters and hate her heart?
A piece of spring scenery, a pink face, a pair of plain hands and an empty bed can give people more answers and hints, a fantasy of Taohuayuan wetland.
However, it seems that such answers and hints do not need to be explicit, because such desires are so real.
The more real we are, the more we can feel the existence of a person full of self. Only by retaining his ego can he express his true feelings.
The same is true of Li Houzhu's ci, although his subject matter is relatively narrow, which is also the reason why he was criticized. Those critics always think that Li Houzhu's poems are not manly, and they also say that Li Houzhu's poems after the national subjugation all show longing for the extravagant life in the past, which is actually a superficial comment by people who have never read them. The theme of Li Houzhu's ci is really narrow, but in this respect, his ci is the deepest, and later Li Qingzhao and Nalan Rong Ruo can be compared with it. He felt the deepest in such a life, so he had a profound truth later expressed.
Political failure created the innocence of ci creation, ended the political complexity and simplified the purity of ci. Therefore, being born in a palace and growing up in a woman's hands is Li Houzhu's advantage in turning political shortcomings into lyrics.
