People live in the world, full of sin, helplessness, pain and confusion, as if trapped in the mire, unable to extricate themselves. I used to be like this, but since I met the Lord Jesus Christ, I have full hope, support and backbone!
We are all sinners, and the Lord Jesus died on the cross for us in order to save us from sin.
We are sinners, and sin destroys us. God sent the Lord Jesus as our savior, and God's salvation has been completed. Now the remaining question is how sinners can get this redemption, which is a very important question. God's word tells us that sinners "will not perish, but will have eternal life." The key lies in people's "trust". God's redemption has been completed without any problems. People can get it as long as they believe, but they can't get it if they don't believe, because God's salvation is only for those who are willing to believe and accept.
Many people understand the salvation of the Lord Jesus and all his actions, but they don't believe it. It's like a hungry person facing a sumptuous banquet, but he doesn't take it to eat, so he has to sit on the sumptuous banquet with an empty stomach. He knows that the delicious food on the table can be eaten, and he also knows that he will not be hungry after eating. But he stubbornly lingered on until he starved to death. "Knowing" cannot save us from God; "Understanding" does not make us forgive our sins. Only by honestly believing in the Lord Jesus as the Savior can we get this great salvation, because God's promise says, "He who believes in him will not be condemned, but he who does not believe in the name of God's only son is condemned." (about 3: 18)
Believe is not admiration, believe is not approval, believe is not sympathy, believe is not research, believe is not to follow all the rituals in Christianity, obey all the rules in Christianity, believe is to accept! If a thirsty person envies, agrees with, studies and likes a glass of water in front of him, he will never quench his thirst. It is useless to believe that water can quench your thirst. He must drink it to quench his thirst. To drink it is to accept it. The apostle Paul testified that "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners", which is credible and admirable. I am a sinner among sinners, but I am pitied because Jesus Christ wants to show all his patience in me as a sinner and set an example for those who believe in his eternal life. "
Friend, believe in Jesus Christ. He loves you. Believe and you will be saved! He will give you peace and joy in heaven and make you live forever. And because you are saved, God will also save your family and bless your family, so that you will be blessed from generation to generation!
