Xun county, formerly known as Liyang, was the only county-level national historical and cultural city in Henan province. xunxian county is located at the eastern foot of Taihang mountain and the south of north China plain. The terrain in the middle is slightly higher, and the two sides are relatively gentle. There are six hills and one Huolonggang in Xunxian County, namely Dabaishan, Fuqiu Mountain, Shanhua Mountain, Xiangshan Mountain, Baisi Mountain and Tongshan Mountain. The hilly area is about 147.3 square kilometers (excluding Dalaidian Town), accounting for 15.4% of the county's total area of 1,1.3 square kilometers (including state-owned Xunxian Farm). The hilly area is 13 square kilometers and the mountainous area is 17.3 square kilometers. There are Qihe Plain, Weihe Plain and Old Yellow River Plain in Xunxian County, with a total area of 847.4 square kilometers, accounting for 84.6% of the county's total land area. Qihe Plain is located in the west of the county, covering an area of 152.7 square kilometers. Weihe Plain is located on both sides of Weihe River to the east of Huolonggang, covering an area of about 52.5 square kilometers.
