1. Ideology:
I actively participate in various study and training, and seriously participate in political studies. In order to improve my ideological awareness, I study teachers' professional ethics seriously every week. I also know that to educate students well, teachers must first set an example, always teach and educate people, teach by words and deeds, be a role model, and infect students with their own personality and behavior. As a teacher, I must always pay attention to the image of my own teacher. While paying attention to my own image as a teacher, I attach great importance to the comprehensive cultivation of students. At work, I am active, proactive, diligent, and have a strong sense of responsibility. I am willing to accept various tasks assigned by the school and work hard without complaining. In the process of continuous learning, we strive to improve our ideological awareness, theoretical level, and business capabilities rapidly.
2. Education and teaching:
Teaching students well and making them successful is every teacher’s wish and honor. As an ordinary primary school mathematics teacher, the most pressing issue is to have new teaching concepts and study hard to make the class interesting and interesting, so as to capture students' interest and show a unique teaching style. The quality of teaching is the lifeline of a school, especially since the students in the class I teach now are fifth grade students. The courses have become more difficult and they are also the stage to lay a solid foundation for their studies in middle school. Although I am not a class teacher, I dare not slack off in many tasks for fear of being a disgrace to parents and students. To this end, I strive to improve the quality of teaching from the following aspects. Before class, I carefully prepare lessons, produce courseware, and carefully modify the lesson plans according to the characteristics of the students in this class. The homework assigned after class should be less but more precise, and strive to reduce the burden on students and improve the quality of teaching. Secondly, students should develop good learning habits during teaching, constantly combine learning goals, and teach in a more relaxed manner. For example, encourage students to boldly question and create a learning atmosphere of autonomy, cooperation, inquiry, democracy and equality in teaching. Thirdly, moral education should be infiltrated into teaching, so that while students learn knowledge well, they can also better learn to be a person and do things, and make greater contributions to society and the country.
3. Strengthen self-learning
How to tap students' potential, improve students' quality, and strengthen teachers' basic skills training. In addition to actively learning theoretical knowledge in school, I also actively participate in teacher training. Only by slowly accumulating knowledge through continuous study can we apply it more flexibly in our education and teaching. This requires a good learning attitude and a more scientific learning method. I think I will continue on this path and be a truly excellent primary school mathematics teacher.
