The first thing is to rest assured of self-growth and set aside some time for yourself in the busy work. This is very important. Most of our working hours in a day are to meet the needs of customers, and all kinds of pull-through balance are carried out under limited conditions. When people are too busy to have themselves, it is easy to lose their sense of meaning if they experience some setbacks. Lack of sense of meaning+endless busyness is a major cause of anxiety in modern society.

Then, through the traction of the learning theme, I can unconsciously connect the learning theme I am practicing with the specific scenes in my work. There is a saying that many people would rather suffer the hardships of life and endure the injustice and blow of society than study and stand at the top of society. In the past, I personally thought that I had a clear idea in email processing, problem solving and project solving. Through the practice and understanding in the first season, I gradually found my own "structured" new continent. Fragmented learning turns to structured learning, and one's own knowledge turns from multi-point weak connection to strong link of the system, thus building one's own knowledge network. Including two aspects, on the one hand, find the focus of their own learning, through the increasingly clear personal "car-three-star", top-down construction, what I want to learn, what I want to learn, what I want to get, what I want to give up. As a standard for your future study investment. On the other hand, build an output system around the content of learning, forcing yourself to learn effectively, rather than being narcissistic. The establishment of this output system, one is reading notes on the learning content, and now I have found an artifact called MarginNote. Sleep has made great progress. Compared with the habit of regretting why I haven't slept in the past morning 1 point, the frequency of not reading friends circle and brushing today's headlines after coming home from work at night is getting higher and higher. This time is changed to reading and listening to books before going to bed. I slept more and felt more peaceful. This is really a magical cycle. I feel that my quality of life has improved and I have made a lot of money. The practice of execution made me taste the sweetness. In addition to paying attention to sleeping 7 hours a day, I will further pay attention to and improve my deep sleep time at night. Get high-quality sleep and save for the quality of life after retirement.

Improvement scheme:

1. Divide everyone into two groups and reduce them to one topic group. On the one hand, you can be more focused and start to pursue depth on the basis of the first season. On the other hand, we can also reduce the burden in busy work.

2. Strengthen communication between study groups. In the first season, everyone was amazed at the performance of the group. Seeing that other groups said a lot of nice things in 10 minutes, I also paid too little attention to other groups before yelling. Therefore, in the second quarter, we will select excellent outputs every month and share them at the regular meeting of project managers.

3. Further arouse the enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning. In the first season, in order to encourage the advanced, we conducted monthly and quarterly "Sword Holders" selection. The special forces building and medals were presented as souvenirs. There are still some imperfections in this incentive mechanism. After the first season, under the guiding ideology of "encouraging the advanced and allowing the backward", we will open the gap and help advanced practitioners find the endorphin cycle.

Group leaders who are willing to pay extra energy are a group of people with high learning enthusiasm and can become the selected layer of learning organizations. We can learn and practice at the same time, and then deepen a layer of "enlightenment."
